We had a rough start to our trip with a delay on airlines and the worst stay at Comfort Inn Suites which was a compliantly stay for that delay. When we finally made it to Tucson we were greeted by the best clerk, Isaiah. He accommodated and made us feel really welcome. Everything was clean and he helped with suggestions for things to do in the area and where to eat. The shuttle service was so fast from the airport, maybe 5 mins. This was a complete turn around for our trip compared to night before hotel where we waited for an hour for our shuttle in Dallas. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The staff was very friendly and that is the reason for the second star. This hotel needs help. The bathroom was horrible dirty with makeup stains, dust, footprints, hair, etc - in both the sink and shower, as well as the bathroom floor. The bed was okay but the sheets and duvet weren’t tucked in so they slid off every time you moved. The place is LOUD. If you are a light sleeper like me, don’t stay here. There were people yelling in the hallway all night, as well as someone yelling for hours in the room next door from 2 am - 5 am. I slept about 2 hours total. But the worst part of it was the horribly loud fire alarm that went off around 930 pm. No one knew what to do or where to do and when the alarm stopped, no one ever told us if it was okay to reenter. I was expecting a message from the hotel but that didn’t happen, so we never knew what the issue was and spent the rest of the night hoping it didn’t happen again. I can see that this hotel needs a lot of maintanence and TLC, as well as owners/management who care as much as the front desk staff. We won’t stay there again.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked the Hilton Garden Inn Tucson Airport on Expedia. We took the shuttle to the hotel about 8:30pm. We were starving and so happy to see the dining room and bar were open till 10pm. We enjoyed the chicken Caesar salad - tender chicken and crispy romaine. Next morning at the airport for our return home, other passengers told us their airport hotels had no flood service!!!

I have stayed here before and had great service, but this time it was next level. Absolutely every staff member inencountered seemed to love their job and mde the stay feel like home. Special shout out to Jillian who waited on us for breakfast. She was so fun and took care of every need. We hope to see you next year!
