We had a late check in and a late check out. The staff brought us a requested extra blanket, a razor (gratis), plus utensils to eat our take out with all in about two minutes! The beds were extra comfy and I can't say enough about the helpful staff.

First slept in Lobby is beautiful when we found out breakfast wasn't free especially how much we spend on Hotel was disappointing. Room was clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Sad thing was heard everything in hallways. Over all it was good.

I always love a hotel that starts my morning with a fantastic breakfast — this was that hotel. Also love the flavored water in the entrance, such a nice treat for a hot Tucson day!

Great stay and very clean! We stayed here for the Tucson beer festival. It is one of the better hotels by the conference center.

Very nice hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms. Very clean. New beds.

very nice curb appeal, very nice inside, desk nice

Location in Tucson not convenient, but getting around Tucson by car is fairly easy. Did some hiking in the Rincons, and also dinner and a show at night. Close to Pima Air museum, although we didn't have time to visit it this time. Beds very comfortable and room very quiet. Some repairs needed in the room and the TV reception faded in and out. The front desk staff and food service staff were very efficient and very friendly.

Very helpful staff. The grill had very good food. The Chef took the time to do it right. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom overall was a bit small, but the shower was pretty large.

The room is big and confortable, and the staff is very helpful. I traveled to NY and I left my car, when I came back my car could not start due to the battery, and the staff helped me to start my vehicle again. The hotel looks almost new and the price seems good to me. For sure I will come back.

We have stayed at nearly every hotel near Tucson International Airport. So far, this has been our favorite. It is relatively new, clean, and quiet. We stayed the night of Christmas Eve and to our surprise, there was a continental breakfast and a cook prepared to take orders the next morning. The staff was extremely friendly, even for having to work on Christmas day. I liked that there was a walk-in shower instead of a tub. My husband really enjoyed the massaging shower head and I was happy that they actually provided a shower cap, which seems to be a small luxury that is disappearing from most hotels these days. The only issue I could see as a problem is the AC unit, which was very loud. We only used it to cool down the room after taking hot showers, but I was still surprised at how loud it was. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. I know it will now be our first choice in the future.

I thought the staff was really great, however the pool is very odd and not large at all. The hot-tub was just disgusting and dirty. It wasn't heated either. I would go there again, however I think they could use a few improvements being a Hilton and all.

The employees were welcoming and polite every time I encountered anyone. The room was very nice, well-equipped, clean and pleasant. I would stay there again any time I visit Tucson.

We were picked up at the airport by a complimentary shuttle bus. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were then shuttled to a rental car company in the area and saved close to $100.00 in auto rental fees since we were able to pickup our rental car outside of the airport area. The staff made a suggestion for a nearby Mexican restaurant that we were happy with. We would have used the pool but the pool area did not have any shady areas, which in 110 degree weather would be needed. Hotel is in good proximity to the Tucson airport

The pool with the lazy river.

We had a relaxing weekend at the pool. Security was very on top of complaints made by guests about alot of people trying to swim that were not staying at the hotel. The staff made us feel very relaxed and looked after.

The pool was great, the room was very basic, nothing special about it. The A/C was very loud, unable to get the right temp. No free breakfast, not even coffee! I had no clue that breakfast had to be added to the room reservation and I was notified until Thursday! Hilton came short of my expectations, next time I'll get better service, breakfast and room at a cheaper hotel.

We relaxed and enjoyed the pool and lazy river! Just wish there had been more tubes for the river available. There were lots of places to eat nearby and the staff could not have been nicer.
