The staff was cold and rude. Our room had a huge part of the ceiling above the tub hanging down from leak damage coming from the floor above us. Carpets were stained and everything was so old and worn out.

Room 105 - The toilet tank was constantly refilling during the night, the room was very noisy with street traffic. This item is partially my fault for not picking a room further away from Grant). The bathroom plastic looked visually dirty (like an owner gave his dog a bath and the dog shook off the water and mud and it got all over the walls of the shower and vanity/sink). I will never stay in this particular property again.

Staff was super friendly and willing to help. WiFi was super slow and booted you off every 24 hours making you re-register - frustrating. Bed was uncomfortable. Housekeeping only comes one per week. I stayed there 2.5 weeks (2 cleaning visits), when I checked in there was one roll of toilet paper, they did not replace the TP in either cleaning visit. I had to do the walk of shame to the hotel counter and ask for more. Staff was friendly and said "oh yes, here you go" but talk about an unnecessary inconvenience. Hotel lists free breakfast. False advertising. They offer free coffee and granola bars in the lobby. Not a real blast. Room did have a full kitchenette which was nice. On first entrance to my room an employee asked how things were with the room, I told her the A/C made an annoying squeak noise and within 20 minutes the entire A/C unit was replaced - that was impressive.

I stayed at this property for 3 days and my room was not cleaned or service at all. My trash began to overflow and I ran out of shampoo and soap in the shower. This was a disappointing stay.

Had everything I needed for my stay. Staff was very helpful.

The toliet seat in the bathroom didn't work. $100 per night and I have a toliet seat hitting me in the knees when I piss? For real? Also, why does anybody build a hotel in Arizona without a pool?

Loved that there was a kitchen and coffee, and other items were available. Also liked the proximity to CVS and Ihop, and a couple of blocks to whole foods. Hayed that dog policy was $20 per dog per night and that the carpet was filrhy.

Our room had bed bugs. Although it's no one's direct fault, I think that more thorough checks of the beds need to occur after EVERY check out. Bed bugs is something that could potentially ruin everything that someone owns. This is a potential lawsuit waiting to happen.

Staff was great. Hotel and area are sketchy. While we were checking in a guest walked out of the hotel because a domestic violence situation was going on in the room next to his. Police were called. People yelling in the parking lot throughout the night. Room was nice and clean.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. If you are looking to save money on a hotel, this is a decent place to stay.

Business trip....met basic need for overnight accommodation.

Checked in hours late because there wasn't enough cleaning staff to have the room ready at check-in time even though I had paid a month in advance for the entire stay

AC was so noisy, hard to sleep. Uncomfortable beds, bedding was old, poor quality, did not feel safe here.

They put us in the middle of a group of halfway home residents, one of which sang Roberta Flack songs all night long. We had to ask hotel staff four times to talk with her until someone actually did anything about it. One of the front desk clerks we spoke with threatened to kick her out, which is pretty cruel seeing as no one had even talked with her at that point. We ended up leaving a day early.

Not bad...ok for age and location. Not super clean but ok , could be more updated.

Great spot to hang for a while if you get it on low season because the walls are thin and I can hear the neighbors talking and using the toilet. Clean room, nice amount of space in the room. Love having a kitchen but you have to get all the kitchen supplies (pan, plates, cups silverware etc) from the office upon request. No daily maid service- only once a week. You have to exchange your towels at the office. No continental breakfast- which is not what the website shows. No cream for coffee, I hate the powder stuff Good safe location. Comfy bed. Id stay again.

No hangers in the wardrobe, TV remote did not work. No plates, forks and etc. as it supposed to be at such hotel room.
