Everything was ok since we were staying for only 1 night.

Clean room, had all the amenities needed. Great pillow and bed. Overall satisfied with our stay.

Great location for sat access to Tucson. Facility was nice but carpeted floors are never clean enough.

Comfortable clean. Slept very well the staff was friendly, breakfast was good.

Staff was really excellent and above average but the hotel was dated. In a rough area with homeless folks wandering the premises. Bad sewage odor in the room for 1 day and no idea from what. The work desk was positioned right in front of the A/C unit and had to turn it off to sit and do work. Hard to do on a warm day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was an over charge on my bill which was promptly corrected. Breakfast was really above average for most places we have stayed. OK but not the best Hampton we have stayed in overall.

We ALWAYS stay at this hotel when we visit Tucson because we know what we’re getting—friendly service, excellent accommodations, and a really nice breakfast!

Experience was iffy. The reservation wasn't ready at scheduled time without accommodations. Staff could have been kinder. I wish they can change that

Very quiet hotel. Great for relaxing in my room.

very clean and friendly staffs. although, the location is ok...

Great value for your money, location was ideal and it was a quiet stay.

The staff was very upbeat and professional. Location was very well located.

I went for a business meeting with a client. My client was staying at a location that made this hotel convenient. The hotel had allowed part of the gem and jewelry show to be held in the parking lot, so there was not enough parking. There were ropes used to mark lanes and parking, but it was poorly lit and hard to navigate. Once I was parked, someone else was allowed to parallel park behind my nose-in parking, making it impossible to get out. The security guard who was supposed to be present was not around. The room was noisy. I could hear someone sneezing next door and although I turned my heater off, I could hear others turning on and off all night. The next morning, I left the room at 8 a.m. and didn't return until 4 p.m. The room had not been made up. I phoned downstairs and they said the hotel had been full. I asked that it be cleaned when I leave, around 5 p.m. that day. They said it couldn't be done. They did bring me another washcloth. When I told the staff about it the next morning when I check out, the reply was a bored and mechanical, "I'm so sorry, we'll send someone up right away." I reminded him I was checking out. They also refused to give me a receipt, telling me I could use my credit card receipt. I won't be coming back.

Staff were very professional. The location was to near the freeway.

I apologize that you experience was less than satisfying during this troubling time to be traveling and the reduced services mandated by the state government. I hope that you continue to be well.
