nice location, well connected to UP but room condition is not enough to meet contents

This hotel is one half block from where I need to be and the price is better than most. The rooms are nothing to write home about, but they are functional for the road warrior that just needs a comfortable bed. The beds are comfortable and the water in the shower is nice and hot. I don't need much more.

Nice hotel. No no gym. Rooms are small but comfortable. Very close to the UP train if coming from the Airport

Excellent location in downtown Toronto. Room was quite clean and presented nicely. However, the room was very small. Especially the bathroom, which I found to be uncomfortable. The noise coming from the hallway was exceedingly loud, and it woke me up in the middle of the night 2 of the 3 night I stayed there.

Overall it's ok. I feel like this time around I was more aware of how thin the walls are , as sound level was a bit too much between rooms. Your cleaning staff started a bit too early , waking me up while on vacation. Location is however ideal . Thanks

Clean room. Well maintained. Great Staff. Very helpful.

Amazing location super close to everything walking distance and cabs nearby if needed. Wifi super fast amazing nice staff and clean hotel. Highly recommended although rooms were a bit smaller than expected they were clean and bathrooms were very spacious.

Overall location was perfect for my visit . Some small details like the soap bars provided at most hotels would be nice .. Not sure if you've ever thought of complimentary breakfasts? Overall it was a good experience .

The location is great, walking distance to just about everything we wanted or needed to do (CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Center, Convention Center, transportation to airport). From reading prior reviews I knew the rooms were small and they are. I wouldn't want to stay there for more than one or 2 nights as there is no dresser for clothes just hangers. Also there weren't many amenities and those that were available were almost always an extra charge.

The room was small but we were located right near all the sights we wanted to see. The staff was great, the room was clean and quiet. No frills but all we wanted was a place to put our bags and to sleep at night. No real restaurant to speak of but plenty of places around the hotel. Give it a try. Great value.

It's close to transportation & things to do. We went to basketball game & was able to walk to hotel after, with just a short walk. We was in Toronto for a short time & was able to do so much because of the location of the hotel. Very comfortable bed & staff was nice!

The hotel rooms are bright and clean. The location is 1/2 block from Union Station and the new UP Express airport shuttle train, which was a great plus. We were there for All Star Weekend and the hotel is only a short walk to the Air Canada Center. There was a health club/gym next store where you can work out for a small fee. The breakfast, while not great, was certainly good enough. Although it is not a 5-Star luxury hotel, it is a very nice "boutique hotel", in an excellent location, for visitors to Toronto. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed Cass Loma, King Crimson concert, Kinky Boots and awesome food.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was nearby the Union Station and close to the Tower. The price was fairly reasonable and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were much smaller than we anticipated and the bathrooms were tiny and without a fan. The walls were also quite thin so we could hear the movements out in the hallway and our neighbour using the blow dryer. We learned that because we booked through a third party site that we did not qualify for the free wifi that was mentioned on the site. Having wifi included in the price was a large factor when we were selecting our hotels. Overall this hotel had a wonderful location but was small and quite noisy.

Conveniently close to union station and other points of interest like the CN tower. Good value for location. Room was small but efficiently organized, so I had everything I needed.

Others mentioned the rooms are small….A little smaller than usual but more than adequate. Very clean, modern, quiet and nice hotel. Terrific staff….. from the front desk to the maid service. One block from the train station and easy walking distance from just about everything else. Public transportation is easy and affordable. Only minor complaint would be no free wifi, but two nice Macs in the lobby for public use. We would definitely book again!

Great location. Clean, friendly staff.Only prob was poor internet connection and you have to pay extra for it and no free breakfast.

The hotel was good. The best part was the location. Most sites were within walking distance or not far with a taxi. The rooms are nice and clean. The WiFi kept going in and out which was annoying since you pay extra for it.

Small room but fairly clean. No parking available. Must pay additional for breakfast Staff is very friendly.

Friendly. comfy beds, clean, great location. what else can you ask for.
