Choose a Queen room!

This was a two part stay. First part we were in room 308, a double which felt very cramped. Some housekeeping issues as I don't believe the cleaner could actually get to the area as the space around the bed was very narrow. Second part of stay was room 304, a swanky queen room which was roomy and comfortable. Beds were comfortable in both rooms. This hotel is a few minutes walk from Union station, very convenient for all areas of the city.

Lovely hotel conveniently located close to Union Station with a nicely designed and lively front area for relaxing, social gatherings, large tables to work at and a small attached lounge. Had a great glass of wine there! Only comment I have is the mattress was extra firm and could have used a larger mirror and a makeup mirror in the bathroom. Nothing serious and would stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay at the Union Hotel and was in a great location to get around to multiple locations. Checkin was easy, the hotel was very clean, and the staff were really friendly. You have the train station and underground nearby for easy transportation options which made my journey to events easy. If you’re looking for a great hotel in the center of multiple attractions, I recommend the Union Hotel.

The room was compact but well thought out. The bathroom would have benefited from an extra wall hook. We were there as tourists and found the lobby area a good space for hanging out but not for too long as the piped in music was a touch too loud.

Small rooms however they are clean. The location is great. A bit of an issue with payments. 3 of us booked and all got an email that our method of payment wasn’t valid- it never changed. They charged me twice for my room. Everything got settled but took a while for them to understand.
