After an unsatisfactory night at a competing hotel across the road, we moved over to this hotel. What a difference! The room was cheaper, the dog fee was cheaper, and the room was much cleaner! My only small complaint is there are no paper plates available for people wanting to take breakfast on the go. Minor detail but wanted to mention it. When traveling through Kansas, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Very comfortable stay. Room very small but price was right. Stayed with pets for only $10 each.

Loved my stay! The breakfast was always great! I really love the Manger reception they have for the guests! The hot tub was very clean and felt so great sitting in it with my family!

Check-in was very simple. They gave me 2 free drink tickets for their happy hour, which was great! Gave us another two for the next day. The inside of the hotel looks like it was last updated in the 90's, which isn't bad, but they should really consider updating. The courtyard in the center is dated and halls all are very dark. Was next to a door for our, which got loud at times. Overall, my stay wasn't too bad, but my family who was staying there in another room would say differently. They found beer can and trash in their room when they got there. One night, the neighbors party all night long, called front desk three times. Once front desk finally did something, they mentioned the room who complained... Security violation! Overall, between my stay and my family in the other room, probably would go stay at another hotel.

Great location off 10th Ave. short distance from I-70 as well. Perfect location for commuting around on business trip.

Everything was very good, clean, and great breskfast.

The hotel is quiet and the room we had was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The food was very tasty.

I've stayed here a number of times and haven't been disappointed yet. It's a good hotel with easy access to 70 and 470 as well as restaurants and shops on Wanamaker. The rooms are clean and seem recently updated. The breakfast is good as well. There's no elevator so make sure to request 1st floor if you can't climb to the 2nd.

Quick check in. Great room. Good WiFi connection. Quit asking me for more info!

Check in was quick. The breakfast was quite good. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked to have been revamped with newer shower tile but still had old wallpaper and shower head and a little mold on the ceiling. We would stay again however.

Everything was fastened down as if the hotel experiences a lot of theft. I don't usually stay at hotels like this, so it was unusual and made me feel uncomfortable about the clientele. The coffee maker didn't work. The shower got light anytime another room flushed the toilet. Granted, it was inexpensive to have a pet. That's a plus - and my room didn't seem burdened with prior pet smells (although my dog sure was interested). But I might upgrade next time to a more expensive pet deposit to have a better room at a different hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night on our way through. We were very pleased. The room was clean and staff friendly. The free breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again

Have stayed here before and always enjoy the staff and the welcome hour reception. Great service and good location close to good restaurants and easy access to Interstate. Only place to stay in Topeka for the money!

Saturday afternoon, after we checked in, we used our tickets to get free drinks for the adults and the bartender gave our boys some cherry coke:) We did forget our pack n play for the baby and the hotel had an extra but when my husband tried to return it the front desk staff gave him a hard time. He thought he was helping them out!

This was a nice motel with easy access to Interstate and shopping. The breakfast was very good and the staff nice.

The inn is very convenient, "right off" of I-70 on the far west side. Wanamaker Road is one of the main shopping enters, has almost anything a person wold seek for shopping, and the interstate highway will lead a business man on downtown to government business. Several main E-W streets lead over to Topeka Ave as one of the main routes out of Topeka to north and south. Topeka has good streets for travel and for business- it was well set as a city and for getting around. Of course there is street rebuilding going on, but you'll like the ones you drive on.

Room was very nice. Even had a manager cocktail night.

Hotel was being remodeled. The staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Quiet! The room was very nice and comfortable. Easy to get to and restaurants close to hotel.

The staff was very friendly and got us checked into our room very quickly which was a plus since it was very late when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. Was very pleased with the experience and will stay here again.

The motel was very clean & quiet & comfortable, located conveniently for our needs. During check-in, an innuendo was made by the receptionist about my booking through a third party.
