not enough plug ins to have everything in the room plugged in. outside door locks didn't work. ac in halls and front lobby didn't work. not real clean and staff wasn't friendly at all

I was much dismayed there was no elevator at the hotel. After a long day of driving it sucked. I saw no note on the hotel description that mentioned this fact. The breakfast was pretty bad. I saw much of the baked goods out the night before and the fruit was close to being overripe. I had left the room ( there was no do not disturb sign for my room) to put my luggage in my car and go back to my room already being stripped clean. At 830 am. Wtf I’ve not even checked out. I’m glad I left nothing in the room but that is BS. I will suggest you bypass this place.

The hottube was set way to high i asked for it be fixed and staff did nothing they watched me and gust i had to the hotel put ice into buckets pouring them into the hot tube for about an hour the staff at night are rude

If you want breakfast make sure you get there early. We tried to get coffee 20 minutes before breakfast was to close and there wasn't any left. We asked the breakfast staff if there was any more and they said "no" and walked away from us. The other staff members were pleasant and polite, but the staff at breakfast was much less so. Overall it was a nice place for a quick overnight stay. And luckily we were able to make other plans for breakfast.

Electrical hazard, Unprofessional staff, No a/c ( broken), Dirty room and bathroom- previous stay hair and dirties seen everywhere, Smells curry and stinks in the foyer, Not working keys- have to run back and forth to beg for a different key card, Indifferent staff, empty parking lot, Slow service,

First, Orbitz only booked me for 1 night instead of 2. The TV only had 1 channel - WGN. The door closest to my room wouldn't unlock with my key card. It was a smoking room and I requested non smoking.

Had a water leak. Staff was responsive in giving us another room.

Beer caps around the bed, crude message left on the room mirror that my young daughter found, cot that was brought in was unfit to sleep on, dogs barking in the middle of the night, cigarette smoke assaulted us as we entered our non-smoking room.

The sink and the toilet need to be replaced. They are not in good shape.

We wanted to go on a mini vacation but to keep it cheap. You get what you pay for, the outside looks a little on the rough side especially the windows. Inside is fairly nice. Our room was clean and pleasant. We enjoyed swimming in the pool, which is heated. They have a continental breakfast that isn't amazing but works when you are trying to keep things cheap. Both of the front desk people we met were very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay but is still clean and has a few extras this is a good place to go

The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in.

The room smelled bad, the sink was cracked and rusted, there was a dirty towel on the floor so I know the room had not been cleaned well. The location was great, right on a main street surrounded by fast food and a Walmart across the street.

Hmmm...so the sign says "pet friendly". We arrive and see a fellow pull a huge Doberman Pincer from his van and walk him around the motel. We check in and faintly hear small dogs barking. Our room smells like somebody's pooch peed on the carpet and it almost got all cleaned up. Good rate and comfy room but the four legged clients made us a little uncomfortable. Dennys is 100 feet away so that was good but it wasn't a really outstanding restaurant - barely average. Kind of an underwhelming experience overall...

While nothing was a deal breaker, we weren't impressed with this hotel as a whole. It smelled like mildew when we arrived, had the weakest continental breakfast I've ever seen, and the sheets were faintly stained (I believe they weren't properly bleached) from previous guests. Additionally, the staff chose to let some intoxicated men hang around by the front entrance at night. With so many hotels in the area, I think we could have done much better.

Great except the man at desk was helpful but not friendly.

All in all it was a nice hotel,,,yet it's saying my description is too short so I will ramble till it say's it's good enough, sorry for not getting it right the first time!

Smelly, dirty, pool is cloudy and slimy with mold around the edges of pool. Cleaning staff took a BM in my bathroom while I went to breakfast! broken shelf in bathroom! Should I even go on?

We had a really good experience. Husband is diabetic, room had microwave and refrigerator. Very comfortable and clean. Access to get to motel is a bit difficult, but other than that was very pleased with our stay.

I have stayed here three times, and am very happy each time. They keep the property up well, and I felt very safe. The price was really good! Especially with an indoor pool and hot tub.

The location was fantastic, the room clean and the staff friendly. The contenental breakfast need some work. The bagels were inadequate, very dry and small and I will reccomended offering donuts among the choices for breakfast.
