Great place!! We stayed there going to our rocket event AND on the way home too!! The people we encountered were so very nice. Rick B the night guy and Ester the morning lady!! The beds were comfortable and the room clean! There was a frig and microwave too!! Reasonable price as well. We will stay there again when going thru Topeka!

There was no top sheet on the bed, the floor was sticky, there was only one washcloth and one of the hand towels was stained. The pooland hot tub were closed but you could see scum on the pool water. There were people hanging out in the parking lot who were not guests (lots of homeless in the area) and the front taff had friends hanging out in the lobby with them. The "breakfast" was a sack lunch bag with clementine, two Great Value snack bars, and one Tampico orange drink (for two people). The place did not seem safe or clean.

We were here for an overnight stop. The staff was friendly and helpful, but they are horribly short staffed. Also, there were a few things in our room that need repair (broken and loose tile in the bathroom, bathroom door wouldn't close properly), and the furniture was due for an update. Breakfast was a grab-and-go bag, so we didn't bother. The pool was out of order. We might consider staying again if we knew the owners/management were investing in some repairs and upgrades.

Parking lot littered and weedy. Pool and ice machine broken. Rooms dirty. Sheets with mildew. Spiders. Property worn and shabby. Sign says continental breakfast... none provided. Floors sticky, curtains dirty and sagging. Mismatched furniture, cigarette burns. Towels gray and thin. No daily housekeeping. Fridge and hairdryer did not work. Smelled musty. I'm 67 and have traveled the world and this is the worst place I've ever stayed. Did not feel safe alone. Only positive was nearby shops and freeway access. Smokers and truckers hanging around entrance. Couldn't wait to leave.
