Thin walls, dated rooms, tv was glitchy and had to wiggle cord just right to get it to work. Only one poor lady working front desk in the evening but she was terrific and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast wasn’t great. Basically cereal (no milk), yogurt, waffle maker and package baked goods. Breakfast with Biscuits and gravy the 2nd day was good. Definitely not worth the price but again the staff made up for the other negatives.
Pool was in poor condition and breakfast was sparse.

I was in bed around 7:30am on the morning of my check-out and someone walked in(assuming housekeeping). I also found some past guests shorts, just barely tucked under the bed. I thought they were mine at first.
This is very well maintained facility offfering free breakfast and swimming pool usage. The room is well equipped and has a large desk.
Everything was good. I wish the work out room with the treadmill would have had a fan or circulating air. Coffee would have been nice in the lobby
The temperature of the indoor pool was perfect! The room was clean & the bed was comfortable.
Overall experience: My husband, kids ages 1 and 3 and I will not stay here again. Pros: Excellent shower pressure and good breakfast. Cons: My family of 4 reserved a one bedroom king suite and requested a crib for the baby. I called ahead to let the hotel know our check in would be late and to confirm the crib had been placed in our room and would be ready when we arrived. The phone rang for over a minute before someone answered. The Staff member that answered was short and seemed irritated. She also didn’t know if there was a crib available or if one had been placed in our room- this was especially upsetting because I had previously requested the crib when booking the room. When we arrived there was very little hotel parking so we had to park far away from the building, basically in another businesses parking lot and there were several drunk people smoking cigarettes on the porch next to he front door. When we walked inside there wasn’t an attendant available at the front desk. When the attendant finally came up front from being in the back, the check in was quick but when asked about the crib He had no knowledge of it and wouldn’t even go look to see if one was available. I wasn’t surprised when there was no crib in our room. The size of the room was decent but it was not very clean. Crumbs on the floor everywhere and a random washcloth was thrown up on the bathroom counter. The comfort of the bed was good. Place has potential but needs work.
The pet policy and fee was reasonable and fair. Check out effortless.

Enjoyed the indoor pool with my family. Disappointed one of the handicapped parking spots were blocked. I was traveling with my father and he doesn’t do well on long walks.
Bath room could have been cleaner.bad paint job in the bathroom.
