We awoke to no cold water. None. Couldnt even flush the stool. We had to fill trash can with hot water to flush the stool. I needed to bathe. I told FD she apologised. I feel at least partial refund is due

Everything was fairly ok… first night/morning there was no hot water So we washed our hair in ice cold water. When it came on, manager told us we’d receive a discount for that night. We asked for trash service and towels the night before we checked out… I had to go TO front desk to get towels The breakfast left a lot to be desired…protein wise bagels were yummy. My wife liked them. I ate waffles. Last two mornings There were cold powdered scrambled eggs Coffee was not good.

The worst stay i have ever had at a Baymont. Room was so-so clean very dated no chair for desk. Bed linens looked like they had been left in dryer for days. Beakfast was almost not there cold cereal, toast, yogurt, and fruit that looked old dont stay here.
