The phone did not work properly, and they did not get around to fixing it but it was functional. The staff was a helpful and friendly and clearly interested in making our stay pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. I am on a keto diet so I was pleasantly surprised buy the options available. There was also a good variety of other options for those who are not focused on that. Parking was easy and convenient as was checking in and out. Good value for the money.

Trying to sleep in morning and maid was cleaning rooms next to us throwing things around and being obnoxious
The property is in excellent condition both inside and outside, bright and cheery and well maintained. The staff was pleasant & helpful and we felt the price for the room we selected was a good value. My only disappointment was upon checking out I mentioned that this was our 1st stay at a Holiday Inn Express and we were pleased with our experience but received no response from the woman working the front desk. She missed this opportunity to "seal the deal" by telling us about their rewards program and inviting us to join. We've been members of a competing chain's program for many years but have not been pleased with our recent experiences with them and this could have been our time to make a change to the Holiday Inn Express. We may well pursue switching to the IHG program but will probably try another visit with them now before making a change.
Just a regular hotel stay. Nothing remarkable. Disappointing bed sheet quality....i had to go ask for new sheet late at night as I discovered that mine was very pilled and scratchy. Very uncomfortable.
Hotel was in a great location, easy to get around and breakfast was excellent!
This location is near many good restaurants. The Staff was very helpful at check in and providing details on shopping and good eats.
The Lobby and room were nicely clean and well maintained. Very nice! I was very pleased and comfortable with my stay
Great experience. All staff we encountered were very friendly, beds were cozy and extremely comfortable and complimentary breakfast was good. Could use a lighted sign out on Robinson Ave here you turn in to go up to the hotel.
We had a generous room with a very comfortable king bed. . Loved the individual reading lights over the bed! Good hot breakfast. Are renovating a bit currently in hotel but no big deal. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find though it was right by the interstate. Very happy with our stay. Appreciated the reviews on hotel booking, made it a easy choice for the price and did it on my Android phone from a rest area in route.
We stayed only one night, but the hotel was clean and decent-nothing fancy, but nice with accommodating rooms, and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay.
Got a business suite upgrade for $5.00 more. Room was nice. Breakfast was good.
The rooms had awesome beds, TVs, and breakfast. The breakfast had eggs, biscuts n gravy, sausage, cereal, etc. The only downfal was the shower. The water came out if I was on the moon(no gravity). Other than the shower, everything was great!
all was wonderful, but there was all kinds of old food under the couch.
