The bathroom had some gunk near the shower And I could hear everything going on on the other floors

people were amazing. breakfast was great. pool and room great also

Conveniently located off the interstate easy to get to. Shower had very little water pressure.

Nice hotel with super clean rooms and a very friendly staff. The hotel is a little noisy. There is ongoing construction (will soon be finished, so not a big deal) and the walls are not as soundproof as other places I have stayed - could hear people in the room above me and beside me. It was muffled, but noticeable when room was quiet. The biggest drawback was the lack of an elevator. The building is only 2 stories; however, if you have medical issues that prohibit you from walking to the 2nd floor, make sure you arrange for a first floor room in advance. The staff was very accommodating when I asked that my room be moved, but had they been at capacity, it may not have been possible for them to make the room switch. Lobby is clean and the am continental breakfast was fine. I would stay again.

We were in Topeka for the NHRA National drag race and the motel provided a comfortable clean place to stay for 2 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. The in-room Wi-Fi was fairly slow but typical for motel Wi-Fi.

Heat does not work properly, it's set to blow warm heat even at the max, I guess to save money . They have 2 printers, one is out of ink and second one is broke. TV channel freeze almost every 5 min, and also the TV remote does not work. Newspaper were out of date. Owner was at the desk in the morning and called all the rooms at 10.30 Am even if you have a not disturb sign...2 other guest same thing happened to them. Shower head was so cheap as well as soap. Family manager hotel that looks nice at first but once you get there........ Nice pool and Jacuzzi, gym not bad but all close at 10pm. Bed is good

Bed was super comfortable. Room was clean and staff was very friendly. Great value for your money!

I was only here for one night, but enjoyed my stay. It is like any mid-level hotel. It was comfortable and had everything I needed. The room was very large. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. The continental breakfast was more inclusive than at most other similar hotels. There did not seem to be elevator access to the second floor. A little exercise never hurts, but if this is a problem for you, request a first floor room.

The motel was clean and the beds very comfortable. A very good place to stay for the price. I would recommend this motel to any retired couple, like us.

Good central location. Indoor pool was nice. Staff at continental breakfast was responsive. Comfortable beds.

This friendly, clean place is excellent value in a budget hotel. I was caught in a snow storm, unable to return to my own city and lucky to stay here. My room was spacious and bright (5 good lamps) with a comfortable recliner, very fresh linens with multiple pillows and minimal dust. A good microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot were supplied. Bathroom was handicap accessible, with a seat for the shower. The front desk people were unbelievably personable... 3 of them came outside to push my car off a patch of ice and into their parking lot. Breakfast was well prepared. There was a room full of functioning exercise equipment and an attractive inside pool. Great bang for your buck! I will return. I liked it so much more than the sterile, more expensive chain hotel I had stayed in the previous night.

Over all it was ok to stay, one thing a big minus no elevator to the second floor, so it is up to who ever working the front desk on who his room will be on the second floor

Hotel was clean, quiet, and located with in a short drive of an area with many resturants to choose from. Front staff were very polite and helpful. I was using the coke machine using only quarters and no results. The man at the front desk (out of sight) heard the coins droping into the change bin and before I could turn to go to the front desk, he was there with Dollar Bills that did work in the machine. Very Nice hotel. Will stay again!!!

This hotel is located between the busy west side and downtown which provided options for things to do. We stayed two nights and took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub. A real fun get away.

Our experience at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable and close to the places we needed to go.

Everything was fine. good value, close to park, highway, etc.

Very nice value. Im in a hotel every weekend and this one was a hit.

Nothing fancy, just a decent place to stay, very close to the interstate. We'd stay there again if we were in the area.

The hotel could use a face lift, but there is nothing wrong with it. Some things in my room, like the recliner, seemed a bit dingy, but the most important part, the bed, was comfortable and clean.
