It was very busy when we stayed at the hotel. Shuttles to airport and Tokyo station were full.
The onsen is quite nice and I would stay here again because of this and the shuttles that take you to and from the airport as well as the huge mall nearby. The shuttles leave promptly at the time that is indicated in the schedule which can be found online. The service was also very very helpful. The quality of stay we received for the price we paid is incredible. The 7/11 inside the hotel was convenient and paying for the breakfast buffet was well worth it in my opinion.
Excellent and professional courtesy to the guest from the welcome at the first step by a highly experienced concierge, to the reception polite ladies. Nice dinner and a rich breakfast but still much more: The attractive hot spring bath. One of the best in its kind

Great access to Tokyo and Narita. The staff were very helpful with logistics. We arrived very early and they had our room ready!

Such a great stay here. The staff is so considerate and friendly. Very family friendly. The place seems to run like a well oiled machine as do most things in Japan. Only thing I didn't like was if you ordered room service and wanted to have you dished picked up after, they tel you to leave it outside of your door. The doors don't seem to have a way to prop open, the trays are very large, so it is very awkward to get them outside. Otherwise, would definitely stay again. Oh, great buffet too!
great for a overnight to two night stay,,,,b-fast buffet had a lot of choices,,,very comfortable beds ,,,also a 5min walk to near by convenience store help out for items to buy

The hotel has the nicest staff!! they helped us with our luggages and upgraded us when we asked for 2 separate beds! The free shuttle to Aeon Mall and to the airport is nice too.
