Front desk works were very courteous and bartender was friendly and awesome! Although the hotel was being worked on, it didn't take away from the stay.

This Hotel was a little tricky to find, you could see the sign but how to get to it, took time.

Close to food and highway. Not far from business area.

I stayed at this hotel along with many parents and players in town for the GA State Baseball Playoffs. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is overpriced with my many experiences with Holiday Inns. The only issue was that room service is stated to be open until 10pm and when I called at 9:35pm, I was told that the kitchen was closed. As a disabled person, going back out for dinner was not an option. There brochures and in-hotel information needs to be changed to reflect the earlier closing time so that other guest will know the correct closing time.

Staff was great, room was super clean, large bathroom and located close to restaurants

I wasn't expecting much from this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the lobby and my room.

Hotel nice. No TV remote or towels in room, but both we're delivered within 15 minutes after we called. Biggest problem was internet access. Wireless did not work. We were told that the hotel was full and that was why we couldn't connect.

Rooms were clean and comfy. The restaurant needs more staff, we had to wait for 20 mins for someone to get us the menu card.

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night and it was great!

A friendly and helpful staff made the stay a much better experience. The room was very clean and the beds were excellent. Great value for the price.

THIS WAS A VERY NICE ROOM. THE STAFF WERE ALL PROFFESIONAL AND HELPFUL.

Very nice and clean!!!! Rite off the interstate I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay on business. The restaurant in the hotel is adequate as well.

Good overall experience. Clean room, good service.

Excellent accomodation for a visit to the college. It was comfortable and convenient. Would definately recommend to other families checking out colleges.

The multiple tracks are 250 yards away, and include a crossing where the enineers love the sound of thier horns, all night long.

I stayed at this hotel three nights while on business in Valdosta. My first night there I was unpacked and dressed in my PJs by the time I turned back the bed covers. To my dismay there was hair on the sheets. The second bed in the room had clean sheets. I called the front desk to let them know. [...]

This was a one night stay our family spent during our travels to Wild Adventures. It was only a short ride away from the park which was nice because the park closed most of the rides due to inclement weather. We had no trouble finding a restaurant and even walked to another for breakfast. The kids enjoyed the flat screen tv and the staff was very friendly. The hotel seems fairly new and it is well maintained. The beds slept nice and we could change the air conditioning as needed. Overall I would suggest anyone going to Valdosta to stay here.

Very nice

Larry -- Thank you for staying with us during the Georgia State Baseball Playoffs. It was a pleasure to host you, but I apologize for the confusion around our room service hours. I will review every document and brochure we have to make sure they accurately reflect those hours, and I thank you for pointing out the discrepancy. I do hope we have another opportunity to serve you, and we all thank you once again. Best regards -- Melissa Simmons
