very clean and nice place. staff was helpful and i was able to get a late check out.

Overall a decent hotel. Rooms need to be updated. Great location

Staff was really nice and location was ok. Hotel itself is outdated and could use some refreshing.

It was convenient, easy to get to. The rooms seem ti be a little older, but the stay was very nice.

My Orbitz reservation of two rooms was incompletely transmitted to the hotel. They received a “fax” for one of the rooms, which did say “one of two rooms” and the staff patiently spoke with your customer service people— six of them— who could not resolve the issue after several additional faxes— all the same and incomplete. The staff hotel staff member, Corine, calmly worked the system, checking us in to get us settled while she continued attempts to resolve the problem, which eventually she did. Had I not been able to show that I had in fact received confirmation if both rooms, the costs and even that my bank account had already been debited, I doubt seriously if the problem would have been resolved as quickly. Really did not need the additional 45 mins at 1am after an 8 hr drive. Inconvenience is the least of the issues, however. Data integration between Orbitz/Expedia and hotels is antiquated and incomplete, creating multiple people to resolve what otherwise could be fixed using a web-based solution. I invite Orbitz/ Expedia into the new millennium, as the 1980’s are calling wanting their fax technology back.

I booked my room from a McDonald's near the Hampton location. Waited 10-15 minutes then went over. They said they were booked and did not have a room for me. They had been having issues all night -- web sites confirming reservations for rooms that did not exist. As I was walking in, an individual was walking out who I am guessing had been told the same thing. I thought they said they would handle it on their end. But I guess I need to give you a call -- that is a $100 which was not well spent.

First off, as I arrived, I overheard the desk clerk on the phone telling her boss she just got over pneumonia. Second, there were no rollaway beds available. Sorry, we're booked and they're all being used. It was 10:00pm and no chance of looking somewhere else that late at night so my son had to sleep on the floor. No refrigerator or microwave available either. Third, the back door was not secure. Anyone could get in without a key. Etc.-the top lock on the door was broke, the toilet was REALLY loose. As in you could see how far it had shifted off the caulking. When I tried to adjust the shower head it fell apart. The best part about breakfast was watching bloopers on ESPN. There was a nail sticking out of the baseboard in the breakfast area, the chalk board in front of the cereal announced we were being served Raisen Brand, there was a large group of people hogging the waffle iron making 3 and more at a time person. We found a room in a hotel across the street with all the amenities we requested and checked out. The desk clerk said we would get our money back for the second night but I have yet to call the online company that I used to book the room to confirm that. My son didn't sleep so well and was cranky after spending half the day at the local amusement park. But I slept like a rock!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The beds were great and the breakfast was awesome. Great value for the money!

This was a great place to stay on the way to Disney. It was cheap, decent breakfast & clean.

Nice hotel about 10-15 minutes away from the Jennings GP track. Stayed here for two nights. Easy check in, even though we were late in the evening. Got a nice room on the main floor right off the main lobby. Room was clean and orderly. Breakfast was nothing special, what you would expect for a 'free' breakfast from a hotel. I will stay here again.

We just needed a place to stay in the middle of a long trip. We booked online and didn't arrive until around 3AM. The reservation was fine when we got there - no trouble. The lobby looked pretty fancy. I would call the room better than average - beds were clean (my wife always checks for bedbugs in hotels, she found none here). Even though our room was right off the area where the breakfast was held, we were able to sleep late and the noise from the people in the breakfast area didn't wake us up. Breakfast was good. Shower and everything worked good and was clean.

good one night stay near highway only 2hr from wdw

The cleanest hotel I have stayed in a very long time. The towels and sheets were extra fresh. The room smelled good (no leftover stale air) and the mirrors were even clean! Service excellent and free HOT breakfast bar was excellent as well. The only drawback I could see was our room door was located next to the ice machine and drink machine which made a bit of noise only when someone used them. I will stay here again!

Wifi didn't exist in our room located at the very end of the hallway. To work on our computers we had to locate ourselves in the lobby where the "hot" water for tea was lukewarm. Also, the rack in the bathroom that held towels was dangerously loose and the sink faucet handle was on backward. Free breakfast was not good, stale pastries, cold oatmeal, ran out of eggs. But the coffee and OJ were good.

When checking in at 11:00pm we learned that the hotel did not have a double room as requested and confirmed. The hotel was at capacity and no roll-a-ways were available. The hotel scrambled to find a second king bed room at no charge to accommodate our party. We were very grateful after 14 hours on the road. Kudos to Hampton Inn for working this out for us.

We stayed just one night at this location and found the accommodations to be up to the usual Hampton Inn standards. The room was clean and comfortable and our later-than-usual check-in was not a problem. We did not sample the breakfast when we checked out the next morning at 630, but several people seemed to be enjoying it.

When I booked this hotel I was worried it would be too far from Wild Adventures, which is where our family was going. But it was a great location, it was only about 10 miles away, and the rooms were clean and stocked well. I would definitely stay here again.
