We had a nine hour layover in narita , and we're able to stay at that hotel from eight am to 2pm. Didn't want to spend that time sitting at the airport. The hotel accommodated us by having a early check in and then check out same day.

Staff was very pleasant and very helpful. It is difficult going to a different country especially if you don’t know the language. The staff was able to communicate with us, and that plays a big role. Slightly worn-out overpriced old-school corporate hotel. No night-time shuttle to the airport (Taxi for the early flight was about $8.50). Pool and sauna close relatively early and on schedule. Helpful staff. Overall he hotel is clean. When everything else nearby is booked, it had to suffice.

The shuttle bus runs on a schedule and i lucked out with my arrival time on my inbound flight. Although the hotel is a.bit dated, it was exceedingly comfortable and the staff was friendly and professional. Id stay here again.

Airport shuttle was punctual. Room size is good. Bathroom is acceptable. Though said room upgraded, it was not modern upgrade but acceptable for price. Japanese dinners in restaurant were quite good. Staff very courteous. Check-in was fast as not too many people.

This is a property close to the airport. We stayed here to relax a couple of days before we caught a flight home. The service people were very friendly and they spoke English well which was nice. The gym was pretty good and they had a nice pool to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice variety. The restaurant at the top had a nice view and the food was tasty, a nice way to end our trip. I would highly recommend this hotel as an affordable, convenient and pleasurable place to stay.

Staff was very kind and polite. But the hotel rooms still wreak of smoke and the carpet and wallpaper needs to be removed. Overall renovation of the rooms would really help.
