Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable beds. We arrived late due to a delayed plane. They were so nice to work with and left a key for us. Short train or shuttle ride to Zermatt.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else for access to Zermatt. The hotel is impeccable. This year there is a new shuttle service to Zermatt. Immaculate vehicles with very friendly and very informative drivers. It made a huge difference to the shuttle train and less expensive.

The room was superb and spotless, bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing. Location was great, just by the train station connecting easily to Zermatt. The breakfast buffet was small but sufficient. The staff were mostly okay, except for one time when they asked us to move to the other side of the breakfast area after already seated, claiming that area is reserved for the restaurant. There were no clear signs and the space is shared with the breakfast area. The hotel failed to inform us how we can access the parking area, we followed signs but were not able to enter the indoor car park. The staff provided us a temporary solution until the next morning. Overall would still highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient location for trips to Zermatt. Great front desk staff and shuttle service. Everyone was very helpful. Room is very spacious with high ceilings. Very new with USB and USBC charging. Need better lighting in the bathroom. Breakfast needs better stock on food items since they ran out of 1-2 items daily.

We were visiting Zermatt for the day so we decided to park our camper van. Well we felt like a real bed and a shower and this hotel did not disappoint! The bedding was so comfortable. The rain shower was a dream! And the heated floors were lovely. Also so close to train station! And wishhhh we hadn’t already eaten dinner because the Italian restaurant looked incredible. But we did have a nice cocktail before bed. Staff was very friendly and all spoke English.

My room has a small kitchenette fully equipped w electric stoves/oven, refrigerator, pots, pans, plates and bowls, knifes and cutting boards, almost everything to cook a quick meals. Very clean and safe area. Hotel is about 5 min walk from Tasch train station. Zermatt is 1 station away from Tasch. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zermatt.

A new hotel so everything still looks nice and tidy. Convenient location by the train station. The town does not offer much. A few hotels, taxi and parking services and a large train station. The hotel restaurant "Da Vinci" needs a bit more experience in many aspects to attract other than hotel guests.
