The rooms were really dirty. The first room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. The front desk changed the room upon request. While the room we got didn’t smell like cigarette smoke, it was not clean. Carpets were old, wall paper was peeling off and the standing lamps had a lot of dust on them. The bathroom plumbing was loud when water was turned on. Breakfast was very limited.
Before check in I called the hotel 8 times and no one ever answered my call. Also the breakfast was only available until 9 am on Sunday. I have a toddler and couldn’t get there until 9:45 it was totally done.
Quiet and convenient location. And staff was very nice. Room was clean, and bed sheet was clean, but blanket needs to be washed. Bathroom was horrible. Seems like the housekeeping staff only wipes the sink and shower. There was a clearly visible layer of grime inside the sink and all over bath tub. Needs a proper cleaning with bleach.
In the middle of nowhere and the lake which was suppose to be a 3 min walk is not accessible at all. Bad choice on my part.
The carpets are filthy in the rooms and in the hallways.
Room stank of old cigarettes, stain on rug, musty, peeling wallpaper, hair in sink! Never again….
Stayed 3 nights and room was never cleaned - garbage never emptied, towels never replaced, toilet paper never replenished, coffee service never had cups.
The manager was helpful at check in. Breakfast room was out of many choices. Barking dog
The hallways smelled like marijuana. The free breakfast was a few muffins on the counter, very disappointing.

The hotel has gone way down in quality and cleanliness. Fleas or bedbugs in the room
The hotel did its job. It was inexpensive, convenience, and close to the highway. They should open the fitness center or take that off as an amenity because that’s misleading. Continental breakfast was a nutrigrain bar, Apple, and a prepackaged honey bun.
Easy check in. I would have liked to have breakfast.
