The staff was amazingly helpful...even let us store luggage during a visit to New Zealand. The greeted us with treats in our room and even exchanged American currency!

Nice clean budget hotel. Tv screen can be bigger. They helped us with phone charging cable.

Fantastic location, staff and facility. We enjoyed it immensely. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance such as Dare, Burgers and Ribs, and 6Head. The opera house is always inspiring but the Botanical Gardens are a dream. Sydney is my favorite city worldwide.

Great location and views of Harbor... suite had plenty of amenities including laundry. Hotel staff eager to help and wrote sweet congratulatory note with chocolate dessert platter.
