Room was clean, coffee was available in room. The hotel was less than half full but was given a room overlooking the beautiful parking lot! Yes it was close to departure area but was it worth it? NO...When we booked 10 months prior we asked for as high up as possible...they gave up the 1st floor above guest services. There was a lady behind the check in desk but ushered us over to the check in kiosk-- no customer service at all unfortunately I guess thia is how things are now.

Friendly and helpful hotel staff (restaurant attached wasn’t as friendly), clean and comfortable room, easy access to airport obviously. Did not like the brand of body wash/shampoo. Smells weird.

The front desk staff were great. Unfortunately the great ceased there... Only 1 lift was in service for the duration of my stay. The hallway carpet and the room carpet for that matter had rips and rolls throughout. The bathroom was stuck in the 1990's The breakfast staff were rude and the food quality was lacking. There is no way that this qualifies as a 4star hotel. Without major revamps, there is no chance of me returning (even though work was littlerally down the street).

There was constant noise above our room on the 8th floor coming from the 9th floor - banging, footsteps, and rolling equipment. We requested a quiet room upon check-in, were assured we would have a quiet room, and were placed across from the elevator with constant elevator noise all night.
