If you need a no frills place to crash to get over some serious sleep deprivation, this hotel will do. I arrived early to check in and paid AUD 20 extra to get a room before noon. No problem but the room was hardly worth what I paid and definitely not worth the extra. Bathroom sink is in the shower ...
We like the convenient and perfect location of this hotel so we came back the 2nd time! As usual, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is big and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay greatly and for sure we will come back again.

The concierge was especially helpful in guiding us through using the Sydney tram for getting to a an important meeting. I would recommend ...
Great location close to Darling Harbour, walk through shopping centre to get to conversion centre. Small rooms, tiny beds but big TV. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Room smelt a bit iffy.
we were surprised at how large the room was, it even had a patio with table and chair. the location was great for us, near grocery, pharmacy plus others. we were very happy with our choice
After they gave us a lower floor room that was not like the advertised one, they went out of their way to make up for it. So, I have to give them full credit for it. We have had this issue with other properties too where there is a significant discrepancy between the advertised room that you rent and what you actually get. Orbitz/Expedia is aware of this but does not seem to want to do anything about it.
Good experience, the staff was helpful and friendly,
