I left my phone in the cab on way from airport to the hotel. it would have been an absolute disaster if i didnt have my phone at the start of my 2 week trip. the concierge, David, was fabulous in locating the cab company and getting the driver to return my phone. Thank you again David and the rest of the team at Fullerton!

This hotel is luxury! It is in the centre of the CBD and only a short walk to a lot of tourist attractions. Our room was amazing with a very comfortable bed. The staff were so polite and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I overnighted in The Fullerton mid week. The staff were fabulous, with the lovely Maggie checking us in and organising a wonderful room with the most amazing view of the clock tower. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed, loved the Harmon Kardon speaker! The toiletries available in the room were beyond what I have ever seen at any other hotel, toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb etc. The hotel was lovely and quiet, beds very comfortable. We loved breakfast, large selection and lovely fresh ideas. Thank you to The Fullerton for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

Excellent service - Keeven is terrific. Coffee and tea were well made and the seating is very comfortable and relaxed. My wife and I are regulars and will continue to be patrons. The change from Westin management to Fullerton is noticeable a positive way.

This hotel is amazing. We stayed on the Heritage side. The ceilings are the highest I have ever seen in a hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, overlooking Martin Place. The staff are outstanding - especially "Bong" who I think is the assistant manager. Bed very comfortable. Everything so close by. There are so many restaurants in the building you never have to worry about where to go to eat. We will never now stay anywhere else but here when we visit Sydney.

I stayed here for a week on business trip earlier this month and I must say I wanted to scream "Give me back the Marriott!". Since the transfer of hotel ownership, this is my second stay and service quality is certainly dropping. First to the positives: - Alex at reception is truly a gem and he genuinely tries his best to resolve any issues I faced. He is warm ad friendly and always prompt in addressing issues. - Hotel was flexible to not charge me any cancellation fee for cutting short my stay by a day due to medical issues that required me to fly back urgently. Hotel also waived my $40 laundry charge when they couldn't be sure if my items were cleaned or not. Negatives: - Housekeeping does not check or replenish items when they do their daily rounds. I had missing conditioners on 3 separate days, toiletries completely not replenished on one day, and got refilled a bunch of items that I didn't touch i.e. body lotion. When I call for housekeeping, the lady on the line always sounds distracted or as if she is going somewhere. And then items take half an hour to arrive. Best part of it is that the staff come with a whole bunch of toiletries that are not what I requested and have to run back for conditioner. This happened twice. My conclusion is that either the lady who picks up the phone at housekeeping did not convey what item was needed to the staff bringing the items or the staff do not know what is a conditioner. Having this happen 3 times during my 1-week stay is pretty much unacceptable. - Confusing laundry service. In all the hotels I've stayed at throughout the world, dry cleaning laundry would either be returned folded or hanged (depending on what preference you indicated). And for items returned hanging, there would always be a plastic cover over them or a coat cover to protect the items. When my items (a scarf and overcoat) were returned, they were just hanging back in my wardrobe with nothing protecting them i.e. no covers whatsoever. And on the bill, instead of $40, they wrote $10 due. This makes you wonder whether if they did not clean the overcoat which is why they did not charge the $30 for the overcoat. And of course, I had to ask the staff to check and laundry shop was closed so they only managed to get back to me the next day. To Pee Wee's credit, he dropped me an email immediately once he found out the status. These type of service lapses should not happen at a property like this because such issues are so basic i.e. hygiene factors. I certainly hope the Fullerton resolves these issues as it is crazy to charge double the price of Marriott, only to deliver half their service.

My wife and I have been frequent visitors of the Westin hotel, we always come back as we always get an excellent service. This was our first time staying at the brand new Fullerton Hotel and our experience was above expectations. First class service and amazing staff members. Adrian from front office was extremely helpful and Regina from the lounge bar exceeded our expectations with her lovely attitude and attention. Definitely best hotel and service in the city of Sydney.

I stayed here for a single night last week when I had a late dinner with interstate friends at Intermezzo restaurant in the adjoining GPO complex at Martin Place. I had stayed here a couple of times under the old banner Westin under similar circumstances and had always found it comfortable and generally faultless. The great service continues with if anything, extra attentiveness and care. My room on the first level heritage ward was wonderfully spacious and comfortable with high ceilings. Immaculately clean. I slept very comfortably. Due to it being a mid week stay with an work meeting I pretty much checked out on waking up and showering. But I will most definitely come back and spend a full weekend here with my partner soon and make the most of this lovely hotel and it’s great central business district location.

We stayed in a suite as the 'opening' package (25% discount and $50 dining credit per room) made this a very attractive option. We understand the hotel is yet to be fully renovated, however it is obvious that the Fullerton have made some real improvements in the rooms and to the hotel, generally. We received a complimentary tray of fresh fruit and wine, which was a nice welcoming touch. Also, from the moment we arrived, the staff were very pleasant, polite and helpful. Room service and food at the bar has also improved considerably (but, there are so many other dining options close by too). The Executive Club is a little light on in terms of offerings, but it is early days so it will be interesting to see how this shapes up. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it was really great value.
