The hotel staff was exceptionally good. Friendly and helpful. The property is unique, keeping the historic flavor of the place. The pool was extraordinary. The suite was spacious with kitchen and laundry. However, the suite condition was only fair. Worn carpet. Chairs with tears. It had clearly seen better days.

This property was great. Nice gym and pool and easy access to most everything Sydney has to offer including Light Rail to central station

Amenities and proximity to everything is amazing. Clean place and management is great

Nice clean budget hotel. Tv screen can be bigger. They helped us with phone charging cable.

I don’t remember reading that it’s a two story apartment. Shuttle Service - driver come in late and drive fast. Dropped us in terminal 2 and let us walk and pull oiur luggages all the way to terminal 3. If possible I want to get refund for that kind of service.

Was only there for one night. Close to the bridge and the Opera house

The stay was fine, my only disappointment was that the internet service was extremely poor, essentially precluding email use.

Just okay. Nothing special. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Great service, great room for a great price. Nice and close to darlingharbour and close to parking.

Wifi very difficult to use. We found the hotel nice but the wifi was not good. We are use to having wifi available.

This is an apartment style hotel. This hotel is recommended for active independent adults with families. There is no consideration for senior nor with disabilities. We have to pickup our own luggages, I had two seniors with me ( 80+ yrs old) . Our room is way out at the end of the hallway so far from the elevators and coffee shop! The good thing is that The room is spacious with full kitchen, we were able to cook our own food. Lots of groceries nearby . Darling harbor and harbourside mall is also at a walkable distance . There are several good eateries around the building. The staff are not so friendly upon check in , they did not even provide us any orientation nor give us any info of the hotels amenities nor how go about the city . Also since it's so close to the freeway and a parking structure behind it it's very noisy at night.

Was nice to have a sauna and indoor pool but we found red bumps on us after we did those activities.

I'm in love with the hotel. I would fly back just to stay in this hotel again .. It was amazing.

Large and well furnished apartment: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, spacious living room with kitchen. Well kept. Convenient to the harbor area. No much staff. Security OK. Simple but efficient and pleasant. Silent.

Nice hotel with interesting architecture, can't complain about having a full kitchen and clothing washer/dryer in unit. they even provide powder for the clothing washer. most the tourist things to do in sydney can be walked to, for further things central train station and circular quay are a modest walk away. everything is card reader secured, including exterior doors, elevators, and room door and it's in a nice neighborhood. If you worried about the charge for hotel internet, just use the internet over breakfast at the wonderful and cheap cafe right outside on the street level.

Well, the location is superb, located in the newly established darling harbour, in proximity to all tourist attrations and plenty of restaurants around. On the downside, the elevator apparently needs some renovation, which is undergoing as I visited. The atmosphere and the structure of the entire building is somewhat weird to me personally. Very good value of money nevertheless.

Unusual setting for a hotel. Really an apartment building that has rooms available per night or week etc. Room was OK. Eventually figured out a way to walk across the street thru a parking garage across the railroad track to Darling Harbor, which is beautiful. Paid $85 for week of unlimited internet service and it was VERY slow. Several calls to front desk wasn't very helpful but they did seem to want to help.

I had rung before hand and asked for a room with a balcony on a high level (quieter and more light). We had paid extra for a harbour view. (worth every cent) Level 11 room 1121. When I first walked into the unit I was very displeased. No balcony and the view was tainted by a huge building that was half demolished. The freeway was right THERE, almost under us. I was ready to go down and ask for a room change. But But... we then went for a walk. We found ourselves in the midst of loads of interesting sights and activity. People and cafes everywhere. The Pyrmont historical walk bridge lead us to the city - we'd only been walking for 15 minutes. We walked around the buzzy Darling Harbour and enjoyed the music and activity. As evening came we enjoyed the view from lounge window of all the amazing lights of Darling Harbour and the city. The Freeway added rather than detracted from the scene. At 9pm we were treated to fireworks (every Saturday evening on Darling Harbour). The rest of the week we walked to (found an easy access to D Harb through carpark) or caught the very convenient public transport - Light rail outside the building, bus to city at Darl Har Maritime Museum, Free shuttle up and down George St the city, Ferry from Darling Harbour. Each day we used the well equipped gym or swam in the 25m lap pool. Also watched with interest the further demolition of the building. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Lift a bit slow but got used to it. Noisy as freeway close. Fine when windows closed. Windows only open slightly but aircon works well. Room serviced daily. Washing facilities and Kitchen make it convenient and keeps down costs.Supermarkets close. The proximity to the city and all the cafes and attractions make this a perfect place to stay. We stayed for a week and will go again.

very friendly staff, nice large one bedroom. Great location right on Darling harbour in walking distance of most Sydney attractions.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologise for the poor internet. We are making efforts to improve internet through a third party supplier. We find the wifi service tends to be slower during the peak periods. We hope to welcome you back the next time you are in Sydney.
