I Couldn't fault the staff. The room wasn't has bing as the previous one. Door's didn't close properly and the Aircon in the second room was barely working.' The tiles in the Bathroom and shower are a safety concern and needs to be addressed ASAP They are way to slippery and even worse when you've used shampoo. The beds in this room where uncomfortable Hotel staff are alway nice and polite.

Good 4 star hotel. Great location for dinning and shops. Walking distance to Chinatown and Paddy Market. We had the executive baloney room which we can oversee the World Square area. Room was quiet. Bed was on the soft side. The shower head was strong which may cause flooding in the bathroom. We have to assist to drain. There are some bugs from the ground drain. There was no bottle water and lotion provided. We will return based on the location.

we were told that we didn't get our rooms cleaned everyday whike we were there, they would refund us $10 per day. (3 night). when we checked out, they told us that it was to go towards room service or hotel restaurant/bar. if we would've know we would have used it ehile we stayed there or came down for breakfast before cheching out. Very bad service . Totally disappointing 😞

Amazing location!! Can walk everywhere. Coles Supermarket underneath the premises. Buffet not worth it when there are so many great eateries around. The hotel is used for airlines and they are used to one night stays. We stayed for 5 nights and had to keep asking housekeeping to make up our rooms etc.

The room was spacious and clean. The room service was provided daily. Coffee kettle is available in the room as well as lamps for reading. The location of the hotel is excellent. The train station is not even five minutes away. Everything is within walking distance.
