Everything was pretty good. Staff were friendly, room wasn't ready until later but very busy New Years. The upgrade was very lovely! The room was relatively clean, the toothbrushes in the packet had stains on them which looked a bit gross. The shower was quite small and the head sprayed everywhere. Dual sinks was fantastic. The separate bedroom and lounge was lovely too. Fair bit of noise outside from construction down the road. Overall very good!

Have stayed several times at Rydges World Square and generally staff and services have been very good. Just a couple of comments about our last stay: 1. Good check-in process - front desk and luggage delivered to room. 2. Leaking toilet - reported on Saturday morning and rectified while we were out. 3. Housekeeping came to our room quite early, around 9am, to ask if our room was ready to be serviced and when we said no, we were asked when it would be ready. When we mentioned to the front desk, they advised that room cleaning generally started around 12 noon. 4. When we returned to our room in the evening we noted that only the bathroom towels and mat had been changed and bins emptied, but bed was not made and cups not washed.

Staff were friendly. No room for early check in until 2pm. Noisy on the Pitts St side with motorcycles and hot rod engine noises. Great locations for restaurants and shopping. There are flying bugs from the ground drain in the bathroom. Our room did not get a refresh on one day.

Breakfast choice reasonable. Barista coffee excellent. Room on Pitt st side very noisy. A/c was very noisy but we didn’t ask for a room move as we arrived late and were too tired. Cleaners used heavy scented deodorant or something which wasn’t great. Don’t think we had the best room option.
