Very well located - few minutes of walk from Hyde park/ CBD, Big Bus tour stop (# 3 on Red line/ Blue line) stop, grocery store and Oxford street markets. The staff was very friendly and up 24-hrs to respond to all needs any time. The internet connection was EXCELLENT! Our room had a fridge and coffee maker with free supply of coffee and tea, bathroom supplies. Our bathroom was small, but adequate.
