We got to the hotel early at 12:30pm after an overnight international flight. The room wasn't ready. It was raining so we sat in the lobby by the front desk for a couple hours before finally they had a room ready for us. What looked like the hotel manager was giving out water to the people standing in line to check in, which we missed when we were in line. She ignored all the people waiting on the couches waiting for rooms. I asked to exchange money and they said they ran out of money to change. Got our keys and I asked if I should go to the bell desk to get my bags brought up. I was told no they would be sent right up. Sitting in the room for 20 minutes we gave up and I went down to the bell desk and the cart with my bags never moved. I asked if I could take the cart myself so we could get our bags. The lady at the desk said she would get someone to take them up. The room was extremely small with no drawers for clothes. For the money we paid per night we expected more. I deleted my Four Seasons App since this will be the last time at one.

Housekeeping came either very early in the morning or very late at night, neither of which was great. They didn’t come for 2 days at one point. The doors slammed all night and there was some kind of party of something going on. Service is slow in the restaurants. They pump tons of scent through the place and it is overwhelming. It wasn’t what I expected to say the least.

Always a great stay. Staff are excellent, from Nassar at the front door with a very friendly greeting to the reception staff and Grain Bar. Beds are super comfy and very close and walkable to greats eats and landmarks. 10/10! Highly recommended.

Rather smaller rooms the hotel is a little bit dated. The location is excellent and the visit are comfortable. We stayed in Shangri-La, which is five minutes away and that hotel was superb compared to The Four Seasons.

Had a room overlooking Sydney Harbour on the 32nd floor. It was spectacular. Did not disappoint. Food was good. Picked up the cruise ship and we stayed for two days.
