Super good service, room service food was amazing. Room had a great view of the harbor (booked full harbor view style room). Only downfall was the pillows, as soon as you laid your head down they got super flat.

The staff and the hotel are tremendous. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We received a beautiful harbor view room overlooking the stunning Sydney harbor and the Opera house. The location is great- close to a lot of restaurants and shops in th “Rocks”. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience.
