I can not say enough great things about Four seasons Sydney. From the moment we pulled up to the time we checked out we received the best service imaginable. Our room was ready when we arrived which was before checkin, we received a room upgrade to a corner room overlooking the harbor. Our bags arrived very quickly followed by a welcome snack. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and bathroom was luxurious. All the small touches made the room far more comfortable than any other I’ve stayed- bathroom amenities like a razor and tooth kit, yoga mat, umbrella, binoculars, water. I am very grateful to the staff at Four Seasons for giving our family such an amazing experience in Sydney. I’m looking forward to staying at this brand in the future.

Luxury city break

The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city break.

Absolutely fantastic staff and hotel

Arrived from a cruise, 300 metres walk and absolutely drenched due to torrential rain. Bags collected, towel and shower offered to dry out. Amazing service. Room was fantastic and this hotel was WAY WAY WAY better than the horrific stay in the Sydney Harbour Hotel two weeks previously. I cancelled my further stay at the Sydney Harbour Hotel and booked this one and am SO pleased I did. Have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and will definately stay here next time I am in Sydney.

Third visit and probably the last. Its a very fancy hotel but it has lost its magic for me. The breakfast buffet used to be the most amazing thing to be honest, thats why we stay there, but its gone down hill quite a bit. No bread rolls or bagels to accompany the smoked salmon....I know its a bit of a small thing, but one does going with the other right? The rooms are lovely, and a killer view, the location is pretty perfect, but its no longer got the 5 star ambience of older times.

Expensive for what you get. Small rooms. Tub had cracks in it. Noisy hallways and parties coming in at 3am. Very loud Front staff ok. Bell boys awesome. I just expected nicer for a four seasons and price for room
