Amazing! Can’t fault for anything. Service and convenience is spectacular

The staff were super friendly and the accommodations were in great condition. Great location just north of the CBD and across the road from Sydney Harbour. Definitely recommend for both business and pleasure.

The Four Seasons in Sydney is in the perfect location.

The staff is great and the hotel is well placed. Construction noise around the hotel is annoying. Check in was a hassle after a long day of travel.

This was our third time staying at the Four Seasons and we continue to enjoy the location and comfort of our room, especially after a busy day sightseeing in and around Sydney. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, always greeted us with smiles and wanted to know if they could be of assistance. It’s an easy train trip from the airport to Circular Quay and the hotel.

I stayed in sydney for 2 weeks, looked into various hotels and i chose this one. My experience was simply amazing. The staff are super attentive, the resturant inside is really good, and the bar is extremely good too. Every part of this hotel is expertly run. I would highly recommend this place.

Excellent location. Bellhop service- outstanding, check in/check out - outstanding, concierge- good, room service- very good (and fast), fitness room - adequate, room cleaning- excellent. Mode restaurant- Awful (terrible service).

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel that started as soon as we walked in the door. The staff was very accommodating and the location of the hotel to the hustle and bustle of the city was incredible. Would definitely go back to enjoy the amazing views of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge from our room!!!

We enjoyed our stay, the room, breakfast, the pool, concierge was helpful.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, right near Circular Quay. Staff was great, very helpful. Room was great, struggled to get the room the right temp. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We squeezed in time to enjoy the pool and gym. The hotel could use a little updating, a freshen up. It's The Four Seasons after all!

This hotel is very well located in the Circular Quay area. We easily walked to the Sydney Opera House, the Botanical Gardens, Hyde Park, the Rocks, and all around Circular Quay from here. Because we requested a room on a higher floor, one was not available for early check-in. We were pleased with the efficient manner that they took our luggage and then had it already in the room for us when we checked in later. The concierge desk at the hotel was helpful in booking an all day excursion to the Blue Mountains which picked us up at the hotel. The only problem in being at this location is the massive tram construction project going on in front of the hotel and around the Circular Quay area.

I had an excellent stay as you would expect at the Four Seasons and would certainly return. The only negative I had is that in the afternoon/ evening, I was disturbed at least 2-3x daily by staff for turn down service, the head of housekeeping checking on how the maids did, for coupons to the in house restaurant etc. I had to put the DND sign on the door when I returned in order to stop these visits. I do understand they were trying to ensure I had a great stay, but they were disruptive.

The Four Seasons is conveniently located about a block off of Sydney harbor. An easy walk to the ferries and train station. The rooms worth a harbor view are definitely worth the upgrade. The hotel is 1980s vintage so it's not totally up to date. However, the rooms are comfortable, well maintained and the service is Four Seasons quality.

This hotel is perfectly positioned for everything Sydney has to offer. It is located right near the harbor and circular Quay where all the ferries depart. The Rocks -- a beautiful historic section where the first convicts landed -- is outside your door. Rooms are gorgeous and staff is excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
