Booked this hotel to see Australia qualify for the World Cup at ANZ Stadium. Hotel were kind enough to change my booking when the FFA changed the date of the match. Like other Ibis hotels, this hotel was well run and provided the basics at a budget price. The rooms were not large but were quiet. Beds were comfortable and rooms well maintained. For toiletries you needed to buy them at the front desk. Soap was provided along with a fridge and coffee facilities and long life milk. Beds were fine and the pillows very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommended this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the ANZ stadium precinct at a budget price.

Rooms small but comfortable. Another chair would have been appreciated but not enough space in room. Bed comfortable. Close to train station and bus. Taxis a plenty. Arena across the road ,pool very close by. Food outlets very handy just a short walk from hotel. Staff pleasant and helpfull. Breakfast availablle at small cost. Value for money and convenience, but dont expect the Ritz.

Close to all Olympic Park Venues... That's the only positive I have. The room which was a 'family room' was tiny, the carpet areas from lift to room dirty and stained. Our room was dirty. The carpet dirty and stained. The not private shower area smelt and stained. (no door just a curtain) Black hairs on pillows and blanket....... Honestly we spent very little time in the room.. Breakfast consisted Bread and cereal. Thank goodness only one night... Never ever going back.

After a long trip from the North Coast of NSW and short walk to the Ibis Budget Hotel from the Olympic Park Station, we were checked in politely and quickly and were pleasantly surprised by a very clean and comfortable small bedroom with all that we needed, fridge, jug, hanging space, separate toilet, TV, shower and basin separated by a curtain. Toiletries were nor supplied, just wish there was a note to say they were able to be purchased from a machine on the landing, but we did have two small soaps. Breakfast was ample but nothing cooked but had a $1 breakfast deal. Next door great coffee and cooked breakfast, so you had a choice. We would stay there again, the bed was so very comfortable and the room so quiet, just ideal.

Stayed overnight with two adults, 2children. Whilst the budget accommodation was"budget" the room we were in is probably not good if you are claustrophobic. The room was so small I couldn't even get my suitcase through past the main bed. The bunk beds were not made completely, only having a sheet and pillow case no blanket. The fridge didn't keep anything cold and the window was really dirty. The room had a funky smell and the carpet needs a little TLC. The location of I is Budget is fantastic, close to Qudos Bank arena and food options. The car park is difficult to find and is very tight to drive in and out of.

I had booked this property and then had to change plans. After speaking with the staff at the property, all were very professional and understanding about the changes needed, we had our needs met. Thank you to the stff at the property. We didnt stay but I had great experiences talking with the staff. Thank you.

Location to Olympic Park and ANZ Stadium was very good. A 10 minute walk to the Olympic Park railway station. Neat, clean and tidy good continental breakfast available each morning. Staff friendly and happy

1. The overall facility and service is no more than 1 star 2. On checkin, staff had to be asked of services provided rather than being told. Wifi availability was not even conveyed. 3. Room was like a 'pigeon hole' - small with hardly any space to move. Toilet and shower were very compact. Shower head was ineffective. 4. No phone in the room. Call made from mobile to hotel was directed to a recording message. 5. Whilst mattress was good, the pillows were not. Only 1 pillow provided per person. 6. Breakfast was very basic and there was no designated staff; reception staff manned both. Had to ask them for milk, etc. Coffee and tea were poor quality. 7. On checkout, no bill was provided until asked for - on a later inspection, I was charged for breakfast for 2 persons on the day of checkin even though I arrived at the hotel late in the evening of 13 Sept. Whilst the overcharged amount is $18.00, this is simply not good enough. 8. The hotel took advantage in charging high rates for 4 of the 5 days stayed - charging $287.10 for each of 2 nights and $215.10 for each of a further 2 nights - an average of $251 per night for a very budget hotel facility ! 9. Overall, a disgrace to the IBIS brand name and my worst hotel experience in my many years in Australia. IBIS should very seriously reassess its brand reputation by having a low budget hotel using its name. Qantas would never do this and thus the Jetstar brand name. It's CEO should reflect on this !! Would I use any IBIS hotel again ? Not after this experience. Am sorry to be frank and truthful as my wife and me feel let down by the experience despite being an ACCOR member.

We were attending Athletics at Olymp[ic Park. Great room location right over the road from venue, short walk up to restaurants etc at night. was able to park the car and leave it until ready to depart. the gentleman we dealt with on check in was very friendly and helpful with directions. I would definetly stay at Ibis Budget again when in the homebush precinct

Last minute booking as we came for a concert at Qudos bank arena, location is easy to find check in process was fast and friendly, an extra $15 for parking that is secure. The room is smallish but well set out, clean towels and linen provided a hand towel would be good aswell! The bed was very comfortable and spacious had a great sleep 😊 the shower was great with instant hot water. Block out blind was great. Kettle and coffee/tea making available. Plus a small fridge. Very easy walk to restaurants 600m away some good choices available. The shower door got stuck when opening and closing and air con was a little noisy. Advised reception about these issues upon check out and was told maintenance would be notified. Would stay here again happily.
