The wifi was the worst I have faced & alarm going on in your room that you hadn’t set middle of the night & waking you up ! Short of staff & one person trying to man handle the reception & other services.

It was clean and pleasant but the room was a little bit cramped.

Don’t judge this property by their entrance. Once inside this is quite nice.

Nice hotel with excellent location and very good staff.

Good location next to many features of the City. Comfortable bed and good bathroom.

Great location convenient to mass transit. Was a good value although room was a bit claustrophobic. I have nothing against small rooms but a window that opened would have made me less concerned. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly.

Excellent location. Rooms basic but reasonably clean. Free daily water was a nice touch.

I'm sure I selected this one based on cost. It is in a convenient location (transit system rather close) but it doesn't offer much beyond the basics of clean and fairly quiet room. There isn't even a view out the window. Even so, it did the basics well.

Good budget hotel in the CBD; close to public transit and very walkable. The hotel staff was VERY helpful. They provided me an adapter (with deposit) after I realized mine wouldn't accommodate my laptop cord, and they helped me book an experience with the Taronga Zoo via phone after I had difficulty coordinating over email.

First the good: the staff were quick to try and help when we had questions, and orchestrated an early check in - thank you staff! Unfortunately, as soon as we entered our room, we were struck by a strong mildew-like smell - the room was musty (we later discovered this was because of lack of sufficient bathroom ventilation, which had also resulted in peeled back/swollen wood trim throughout the room). The shower was unfortunately equipped with both a rainfall and traditional shower head, but I'm fairly tall and the rainfall nozzle was a) too low for me, and b) blocked comfortable use of the traditional shower head. Another surprising finding was that the bed did not have a bed sheet - only a duvet. Finally, there was pretty much zero sound reduction - every time the elevator opened on our floor, someone walked by, or even a truck drove by outside, it was completely audible.

Hotel staff was very friendly and informative. They even let me store my extra luggage for a couple of days as I was in another city. Location was close to Queen Victoria Building and very walkable to other sites (15min walk). Rooms were slightly smaller but fit nicely for two people in my opinion. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Overall, really recommend due to cleanliness and convenience to everything.

Reasonably priced hotel in a perfect location. We were able to walk just everywhere.

Centrally located, updated rooms, clean. That’s all

Functional and spartan. Central location. Not a luxury hotel, but reasonable and adequate for an overnight or 2 night stay.

Great location, clean and friendly staff. Room was very small but doable for two people/couple. Over priced but due to the holiday season.

The hotel is centrally located. Rooms are small but clean. Location is very good, It is right in the city center and offers easy access to the train to the airport

Great place to stay, room was a little small but didn't bother us! Would definitely stay here again, great place for the money!

Hotel sign is not easy to find from street. No dim light for night when sleep. Space in room is too narrow to move around. Lobby looks nice and cozy.

Close to most major attractions. Lobby too small. No ability to store cruise line luggage. Rooms small.
