I stayed at the Marriott in Sydney circular quay and was greeted upon entering the hotel. The check-in went very smoothly with giving much information provided. Your room was quiet and comfortable. The only problem I had was not getting room maid service one day and had to call several times to get the room cleaned. I would definitely stay there again. It is a great location. I ate once in the dining room and it was great food and great service. Definitely recommend this hotel, particularly for the service and the location.

Overall, the room was good; however, the front desk staff needs to be more accommodating. We booked three Opera House Executive Lounge Rooms and 1 out of 3 was not available until after 6pm when the normal check in is 3pm. We had to settled of the room at a lower floor and it was inconvenient since you will have to have the room key to access your designated floors. In addition, the manager assured us we had a late check out due to this issue, but during the check out date the manager did not put it in the system. I'm a Bonvoy Elite member and usually the staff are very accommodating with my late check out benefit as a member, but this hotel was like pulling teeth to get them to accommodate my request, which was agreed upon during check in.

The hotel is showing its age. Getting house cleaning done seemed a struggle. Outdated rooms and lack of amenities. Staff were fine, location is great but I certainly prefer some of the other hotels in the area.
