Features include; a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, wifi, air-con, smart TV, & a fantastic private balcony over looking rooftops and catching a glimpse of the ocean. Located within easy reach of restaurants and shops.

Positioned on the top floor of a small block of 3 units in and amongst shops at your door step. Its private and unique location, offers convenience and a sense of the old charm.

The apartment is cozy yet functional and tastefully furnished. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The second bedroom has a triple bunk bed (double and single bed) and an additional pull-out trundle for a possible 6th person.

The bathroom is modern with plenty of natural light and also doubles as a laundry room with both washing machine and dryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The balcony is currently not accessible to guests, a replacement is scheduled to take place in the near future and is not to be used for safety reasons. 

The apartment is around the corner from Coogee Beach and all of the wonderful Cafe's, Restaurants and shop's Coogee has to offer. Bus stops are conveniently placed around Coogee to access the City with ease.
