Never stayed at this chain of hotels, quietly surprised, our room was great, choice of 2 types of pillows (hard/soft) room very tidy, front reception very polite, all staff more than welcoming, even the night manager that let me in at 3 am ish? will be back, thank you for a pleasant stay, cheers H
First time we stayed this hotel and we loved it! Very nice feeling to it. Love their continental breakfast, kind staff, good location, easy street parking at night time. Beds are firm and comfortable, big bath, clean and the room is not so dry (i know it sounds little bit funny as i am very sensitive person some hotel rooms are so dry as their fan is running all the time so feels like cracking my lips lol). And we've got the good price too!! Will be definitely coming back!
On the 3 floor at the southern end, looking across the Jaguar Car Sales. This hotel is in a handy location for shopping and railway access. Loads of different restaurants in walking distance. Conference facilities are excellent and I rate room service 4 out of 5. Friendly courteous service. Value for money here.
The Holiday Inn Parramatta has some of the most helpful and friendly staff I’ve ever had the pleasure in meeting. I chose the hotel for its close proximity to the train station (40 mins to Circular Quay) and connections to the M4 motorway (Blue Mtns) once the staff knew my family were flying in from the UK, they did so much to make them feel welcome. The food and drink is well priced and the rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped. I must give a special mention to Elise and Mellisa on the front desk who were fantastic. I spend over 100 nights a year in hotels around the world and this has the friendliest staff.
Have stayed over the weekend with my family and the place was very good. Very clean and great for kids. I think it was Casey that looked after us at reception she was very welcoming and helpful. We had few requests that were approached immediately. Kids loved the swimming pool and they ate for free. Will definitely come back in the summer.
This was my second visit here for business, and I felt the need to review the amazing service! Nigel seems like someone who just loves what he does and succeeds all service expectations! Absolutely everyone who I spoke to in my group (approx 35 people) all had their individual Nigel stories, of him going above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. That is the kind of quality of service I definitely feel should be recognised and rewarded, as I know I will be returning to this hotel for any personal trips as this service was outstanding! Thank you for my stay!
Stayed here for three nights in September with my wife and young daughter. We had a light breakfast most mornings in the hotel and ate dinner twice in the restaurant. My wife had the butter chicken which was devine and I had the Barramundi which was expertly cooked. Have nothing but good to say about the staff, service, quality of food and comfortable rooms. It's a very short walk to Church St and Westfield Parramatta and has very reasonable parking rates. One of the restaurant staff, Sonica deserves a special mention. She was very attentive and done everything she could to make our stay very comfortable, which included warming our 2 year old daughters milk up every night and pouring it into a takeaway coffee cup with lid, which made our little one feel very grown up indeed. We plan to stay at the Holiday Inn next time we're in Parramatta for sure.
Our stay here was first rate. What a great start to our Long Weekend. The staff were fabulous and very friendly. I also had the best coffee I've had in ages at the Lobby Bar. Our room on the 6th floor was very clean and comfortable with two double beds and so many pillows. They also had the cheapest in-room movies I've ever seen in a hotel (from A$5.95) - great when travelling with kids. The shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. We had breakfast each morning and were very happy with the quality and the variety. Car parking was reasonably priced for a hotel. We would have loved to try the pool and spa, but just ran out of time. One elevator wasn't working, but they allowed guests to use the staff elevators - so we did not wait too long at all. They had a craft and games table set up in the lobby for kids. Although my daughter was itching to try it again - we just ran out of time. The Internet (free if you are an IHG Member) was quite fast. Great work Holiday Inn Parramatta - we will be back.
The room was comfortable and clean. We always seek a good sleeping experience! Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist with our stay. A short walk to shops and and other facilities made our visit a positive experience. The package we received was reasonably priced and we were delighted to find our booking included some extra benefits in the restaurant, which had a delicious choice of meals at a competitive price.
We talk about having a great stay and I really do enjoy the Holiday Inn. There rooms are clean and spotless their staff is friendly and welcoming and the whole place is a great atmosphere and relaxing. I enjoy it very time.
