The staff here really made an effort with my wife and our children. They used their initiative when it was needed and provided some excellent service during dinner and our stay in general. Big ups to Sanica and her team. I only got to see her name tag but everyone was really helpful.

Normally I would like to say what a wonderful stay. So I will, it was a wonderful stay with only one exception DINNER. when the waiter asked how do you like your lamb or your Green Thai Chicken curry is served in a chicken broth so watery you can see the bottom with boiled chicken. It makes you wonder why. But the dips were the special of the evening. Salt and pepper, oil and tomatoes sauce that was the dips. Shocking but true. However the staff OMG were great the breakfast staff were exceptional and the reception too. It’s the service and the team that made my stay amazing.

There’s no denying this hotel is not too bad for a business overnight stay - comfy rooms, good food, convenient location, nice people & service - pretty much what you’d expect from an Holiday Inn establishment. But - WHY OH ? WHY ? is the free internet so dam bad ? ? I know - this is a first world problem - but in an age of NBN - why is it so difficult for hotels to provide a WiFi coverage that can accommodate streaming a movie to ones tablet device ? Any Hotel - do this & business folks will beat a path to your door ! !

I was alerted by my bank to a charge that had been taken out by Holiday Inn Parramatta after my stay as they felt it was suspicious. I checked statement and rang to inquire. I was advised it was a hold on the card I had used on check in but this was done on the day of check in which was refunded but I was then charged again for this. I was advised on the phone not to worry and it was nothing but no apology . I have used Holiday Inn previously at Melbourne Airport and was not impressed that time also. I will stay clear of them in the future. It's disappointing as the staff are friendly, breakfast awesome and the rooms are of a good standard.

On the experience I had I met the best employee ever his name was ej for short he was the best thing that had ever happens to me he knows who I am because I told him that I would be writing this reveiw sorry for the delay love u ej

Great stay at the holiday inn parramatta. Very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff, clean and great breakfasts! Thank you Lawrence!! Ate in restaurant one night, great food and kids eat free. Looking forward to our next stay there.

My family of four stayed at Holiday Inn Parramatta on the weekend (14/15 April) and I have to stay that we have travelled a lot, and never have I ever been treated the way we were treated on the weekend. We were lucky enough to be award with "Guest of the day" which just put the frosting on the cake. From the moment I walked into reception I was treated with smiles and amazing customer service, the 2 ladies at reception were nothing but helpful and lovely. The hotel is in a wonderful location, with just a short stroll to Westfield Parramatta and many eateries. But if you want good food you don't even need to leave the hotel, Twenty One Fifty on the ground floor is AMAZING. Beautiful fresh food, wonderful treatment by both of the waiters and an amazing breakfast, you really don't need to leave the hotel at all. I highly highly recommend you stay in this awesome hotel.

I love the smell when I walk in the main doors - so comfortable and friendly. This is my 2nd stay - coz the 1st was so good! Staff: Always friendly and responsive Property: clean and comfortable Check-in: easy Checkout - super easy - leave your cc at check-in and you just walk out the door Parking: almost as easy as checkout thank you again

We stayed in Holiday Inn Paramatta for the first time and found it to be great location - it is close to the railway station, transport, shopping centres etc. Also, if you love Indian food, Harris Park is a stone's throw away and you can get several eatery options. The attendants always have a sweet smile and are all there to make your stay comfortable and smooth! We were totally delighted when the General Manager, Sherene Tan stopped by while we were having our breakfast to check on how our stay has been. She told us about the goings on in Sydney and also invited my 5.5 year old for an Easter Hunt activity planned in the Hotel! She went the extra mile to check what our plans for the day were and offered my little son (who is an extremely fussy eater) a sandwich takeaway when we said we are visiting the Narrabeen Beach. Her thoughful gesture was like icing on the cake and an extra mile that the hotel / GM went to delight us as their customers. Such things really raise the bar in customer service and make you want to visit the Hotel again and again ! We would highly recommend this Hotel !

We had a great stay with everything being pretty good all round. The dining room for tea is pretty overpriced for a flash sounding pub meal really. But the staff were very attentive and the hotel had a few ‘ed’ themed meals & cocktails which was a nice touch! However, when we stayed wasn’t a ‘peak’ time but magically our room was nearly $400 for 1 night? A short 2 weeks later that same room is nearly half the price? Maybe Ed is considered peak? Disappointed to be taken advantage there. Overall though I rate this hotel highly. Will definitely stay again. Just not when Ed Sheeren is in town.
