Nice hotel in a great location 8 mins walk from Khoasan Road lots of shops and street cafes all around a diversity of small shops too. The hotel is clean modern good food great staff and the only place you need to stay in Bangkok. Turn Left Left again and you will find a seiko shop selling watches and sun glasses i got 2 pair of amazing perscription sun glasees in under 48 hours cost £230 in the UK £750
The hotel has a good location close to the famous Tempels and Khaosan Road. The rooms was clean but every time the air on has been turned off wenn we wasn’t in the room the was a bad smell in the room. Breakfast was okay, but most of it is hot Thai dishes but it’s possible to get omelets or scrambled eggs. The hotel has two pools on at 3th and one at 8th floor where you can go for a swim after a hot day in the city
My colleagues and I stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are nice and there's a lot of space. Breakfast was nice and there are a lot to choose from. We really didn't use the amenities because we are out most of the time but it was a great stay. In front of the hotel are different shops like massage parlor, dress shops, restaurant and more. Oh by the way, this hotel is very near Khao San Road.
We stayed overnight in this lovely hotel. Which cost £40 for one night It was very convenient for sightseeing in Bangkok. There are lots of places nearby to have drinks or eat or even have a massage It’s also easy to get a Tuk tuk from this hotel and visit the many attractions in this fascinating city.
Had a one night stay here and couldn’t be any happier with it. Staff were friendly and we also received a free room upgrade which is a bonus! Well located as it is a 5 minute walk to Khao San Road. Would recommend staying here if you want a quiet and clean place near the craziness of Khao San Road.
Excellent modern hotel. Well equipped in rooms and throughout. Good ibreakfast though was extra for our intrepid tour. Well located near khow san and the temples. Lovely pool. Spa facilities too. Helpful staff.
We only stayed one night at this hotel. Location is good (very close to the Kawashan), room smelt a little mouldy but no big deal. BUT WE HAD OVER $3K STOLEN FROM US! We mistakenly left an envelop full of ALL of our money in the room after checkout. We got back about 7-10 min later (never left the hotel, was just at the lobby). Maid already "scanned" the room in order to clear us for checkout. We staid at room 2213 on the second floor. Happened on November 7th. Maid does not even speak English so we could not really communicate with her. When we complained, the management was actually doing a GOOD (!!!) job trying to help us (would like to thank Arnat for doing a good job), look over the CCTV etc. but as there are no cameras in the room... there was absolutely no way they could help us. This toally ruined our honeymoon. Reading back here on TripAdvisor we found multiple other complains (attached). BEWARE AND STAY AWAY OF THIS HOTEL!!!!!
We stayed at Nouvo City for two nights. Hotel is in a great location with many amenities near by. Staff are very friendly and ready to answer any questions. Breakfast had some great Thai options in the morning but if that isn’t to your liking there was someone making omelettes and other styles of eggs to order. A Tuk Tuk ride to Khao San Road costs about 50 Baht if you are not in the mood to walk. Rooms are nicely decorated and the only complaint is that the bed is hard as a rock. My husband had no problem with it but for me it was uncomfortable. Overall would stay here again but ask for a mattress topper next time.
We stayed only one night at the end of 18-day tour with Intrepid. It was a miserable, rainy day on arrival. However on checking into room, was compensated with beautiful modern bedroom. What brought on our smile was an elephant artistically constructed with towels sitting on the bed. There was a little window with no view. Didn’t bother us as window had to be closed for air conditioning. Room was clean and fresh. Shower space was huge. Pool was very nice with water feature but didn’t get to swim in it due to rain. The hotel was busy, manned by efficient, no-nonsense staff at reception. What’s missing, sadly, was the Thai smile and warm greeting. Perhaps it was a particularly busy day. May return to hotel to catch up on missed opportunity.
The Nouvo City Hotel is conveniently located close to Khao San Road and many inexpensive cafes, restaurants and shops. It's about a 10 minute walk to pier 13 to take a boat ride. Tuk Tuks and taxis are easy to get.
