Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Best service we have ever been provided at a hotel. Staff great and treat you so well! Make sure to include the buffet in the morning because it is the best breakfast buffet I have seen at a hotel. And take advantage of the nice pool too! They also have a great ...
The front desk employees have a challenge speaking English so checking in and getting the right room that I paid for was a challenge. The club floor has too many rules such as dress code for cocktail hour but you don't find this out till after you check in
The hotel was really nice & not too far from the metro. The staff is very friendly & easy to communicate with. Having a concierge was great. There is a night market at walking distance & the metro is not too far either. Taxis are easy to obtain in day time & the staff will get one for you. Their ...

This hotel used to be really nice -- about ten years ago. Now it is increasingly worn. Individual rooms sometimes have broken shower heads; corridors have paint nicks and tired-looking rugs; wait staff appears untrained; and the breakfast restaurant focuses on the basics.

It is hard to find a hotel near Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport that offers shuttle service to/from the airport with affordable price. The Cottage Suvarnabhumi hotel meets such criteria but nothing else that impresses me beside friendly staffs. It smells horrible outside the hotel with lots of mosquito. I felt unsafe walking on the alley in front of the hotel at night. It took me about 30 min for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport. One must know where to find the waiting area in order to use the service. I had no problem going back to the airport, even leaving at 4 am. Although the hotel is located a bit far from the airport (10 min ride), its affordability offsets the inconvenience. The only reason I stay at the Cottage because I had to catch an international flight at 6:50am.
Clean, convenient, helpful staff. Walk to Grand Palace was about 30 minutes. 7/11 and good vegetarian restaurants are nearby.
