The front desk employees have a challenge speaking English so checking in and getting the right room that I paid for was a challenge. The club floor has too many rules such as dress code for cocktail hour but you don't find this out till after you check in
Although this hotel is a bit pricy, it.was well worth the cost. The staff and the breakfast we're phenomenal. It is also well located for many activities in and around the Bangkok area. The new airport is beautiful, but well outside of the City. I would certainly stay at Lebua again.

Vendors with delicious, authentic Thai food of all ...
This was my second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and very professional. The facilities were good. I remembered from my previous visit that I stayed in a room with a view facing an unsightly condo so I requested a higher floor with a better view. The staff accommodated me and ...
The room is spacious and clean. Has all the amenities included. Even has a umbrella in case you need it. The humidity in the room is high so air condition must be turn on high power to get rid of the dampness. Otherwise everything feels damp.
This hotel used to be really nice -- about ten years ago. Now it is increasingly worn. Individual rooms sometimes have broken shower heads; corridors have paint nicks and tired-looking rugs; wait staff appears untrained; and the breakfast restaurant focuses on the basics.

Great hotel and staff very friendly. Only one thing and that is the price. While everything in Thailand is extremely inexpensive, this hotel is very expensive on food and drinks.
My first trip to Thailand, wasn't sure what to expect. Check in was ok. Room was ok, but could really use a deep clean of the bathroom. Toilet wasn't cleaned the entire time I was there for a week. Tiles in shower needed grout replaced and some of the grout appeared to have mold. Not sure if it was mold, but didn't look clean. Had to ask for new towels because the original ones they gave me smelled sour. I'd probably stay here again, because it seemed like the staff was trying hard, but maybe they were spread too thin? Restaurant was excellent. 5/5 stars. Ate food several times there. Ordered room service twice
Stayed here on many occasions and never had a problem. Staff is quick to help out on all my needs. Next door is many Thai restaurants which if fantastic and cheap. I paid 70$ US for two nights. Cannot go wrong.
For backpackers this is the place you should come.excellent location. You can go and get anything from here.but this hotel is a bit old. I stay in 1st floor and smell something .the bed is old . I complain because I paid more than $20 /day. In bangkok, you can get more decent hotel with that money than this hotel.
