Hotel was clean, nearby areas of interest , accessible

Staff was helpful for planning excursions and coordinating travel. The gym facilities were a little sparse but also clean.

Loved the location, the pool, generally all food was exceptional- great staff and so would definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel was really convenient. It is right by one of the subway lines the transports you to a lot of major sites. The hotel is super nice and clean. My only issue is that the hallway is all tile - which means there is no rug or carpet to absorb any of the sound. So we were woken up every 30 min by other guests coming in and out at all hours- shouting, yelling, opening and shutting doors. We weren't even next to the elevator and it still is incredibly loud. We were next to the fire exit stairs- which I guess the staff uses a lot because I watched them go in and out of it- which makes a ton of noise. You can also hear the people above you moving chairs around - because once again, there is no rug or carpet to absorb any sound whatsoever. I wish they would fix that problem because otherwise I'd give my stay 5 stars!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They probably have one of the best customer service I’ve experienced at any hotel. I highly recommend staying there.
