This was my second stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was friendly and very professional. The facilities were good. I remembered from my previous visit that I stayed in a room with a view facing an unsightly condo so I requested a higher floor with a better view. The staff accommodated me and I was pleased. The only inconsistency I experienced was placing an order for room service late at night. Unfortunately they didn't have an English speaker answering the phone and I had to call the front desk to get an English translation for my order. But other than that, the visit was pretty smooth.

Hotel is well designed with beautiful lobby and rooms. The staff is well trained and very useful. Unfortunately my room was on the second floor overlooking the flat hotel roof which is a sore. I have stayed on higher floor and the view was good.

Nice place to stay. The hotel room view was the only drawback. It faced a poorly maintained condo community. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Clean and big rooms, very friendly staff. Excellent location close to bars and night life, and also the public transportation!

Everything was very good in this hotel except two things: 1. There is no alcohol at all. 2. Upon arrival I was charged 2000 baht as deposit which was debited to my credit card. When I was making check out I've paid around 1500 baht for hotel expenses and I was promised that my deposit 2000 baht will be returned back to my credit card but I got no credit.

Great hotel while in Bangkok. Staff was nice and rooms were clean. Would definitely stay again if I was traveling through Bangkok.

The Mandarin Hotel is a pretty good hotel located very close to the Patpong Night Market area. It is also close to the metro station, and you can get to most points of interest from there pretty easily. Other than Patpong, there is not much stuff within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice. The lobby area is large and the staff are always friendly. We found the lobby to be a bit misleading, as the room we had was quite small; you get the impression that this is a spacious hotel when entering at first. We would recommend staying in this hotel, as it meets whatever needs you may have for a stay in BKK.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mandarin Hotel. I was warmly greeted and assisted with my luggage the second I arrived. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and kept so by the daily cleaning services. The buffet breakfast was worth every penny and I highly reccomend it (large variety for all tastes). The only let down was the view out my room- straight into the multi-storied car park building, so there was little light or privacy without the curtains closed.

Pretty good neet & quit .close to chain twon.shoping easygoing.

Nice hotel that is near the subway system as well as the sky train. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Check in abd check out was a breeze. I didn't eat the breakfast, but I did have the buffet and my advice is to skip it. There is better food to be had in the surrounding area. Saying that room service was delicious. The king size bed slept like a dream. Overall I liked my stay there.

Enjoyed our stay. Great relax spa . Staff professional & helpful. Would definitely recommend & stay again here on our next visit. Only downfall was we ordered a taxi when we checked out from the concierge. The concierge informed the taxi driver where to take us and on our way to Centerpoint Silom hotel the driver claimed he was lost & drove us around for a long time before he could find the hotel .i think hotel should screen the taxis they use & make sure the driver understands where a guest wants to go.This was the only concern we had. Beautiful hotel & great staff!!!

If you are headed to Bangkok, look no further. I've traveled all over the world and this stay was one of my most pleasant; great value, great location, friendly staff and close to a lot of temples.

Good stay. Breakfst menu not enough variety for Indians or Europens etc. More compatible with Chianese taste etc.
