across the road from Samyan Mitrtown shopping centre which has many different places to eat, and other shopping options. Also has access to MRT which can connect you to BTS and Ferry options. The hotel staff are helpful and always friendly and professional. The hotel room was quiet and clean, but the bed was not as comfortable as I had hoped, regardless of this, the room was fine. I think the bathroom needs an update, but our room was always cleaned well. overall a great location to get around Bangkok with excellent service.

I enjoyed everything, except for the restaurant. The service was lacking, with the staff primarily focusing on cleaning the guest tables. When I requested a glass of water, the server simply directed me to the buffet.

Staff were excellent. Could not be more helpful. Location by a main road, so could be a bit noisy at times. MRT was easily within walking distance. Nice mall across the road for shopping and food.
