I stayed on the 27th floor with a city view. The room was large, the bed was spacious, and everything was very clean. The room was cleaned every day, with fresh bed linens and towels replaced daily. Bottles of water were provided every day. In my opinion, the room felt slightly outdated, which was noticeable in the bathroom and the carpet.

Hotel staff was very helpful in getting taxis almost immediately (not always easy to get one outside). I particularly appreciated that when I told them my father was coming in a few days, they arranged for him to be on the same floor. And they provided him with assistance during the stay. The welcome desserts when I arrived was a nice gesture.
