I changed my flight due to rather and both agents were wonderful to work with. They helped work with Delta staff to assist me with flight and expense savings. The first agent I was on the phone with trying fir almost two hours for Delta to respond but large phone calls prohibited a good response time. Then our call got dropped. The second d agent took on the next two hour challenge and worked everything out. I did tell him I had not heard back from frost agent but about1/2 before the end of second two hour wait , she emailed me saying she has followed up with Delta. I did not get her email as I was afraid to touch the phone for fear of another dropped call. I stayed on hold. Please know they were both amazing!! Thank you
