Hotel was great, not as good value compared to another hotel I stayed a few days prior for less than half the cost with double the size. Pool was freezing cold not heated as it said it was. Sauna closed with the day spa. No spa/hot tub which is disappointing. Also all the better shopping and food experiences are at least 20 min walk away.

My stay was excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay relaxing. The staff were outstanding – always friendly, professional, and very accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel also offers great amenities, and I particularly enjoyed how close we are to cafe's and restaurants, which added a lovely touch to the experience. T Overall, it combines lovely rooms, excellent service, and helpful staff, making it a great choice whether travelling for business or leisure in Sydney.

The hotel location was the best part. Room was comfortable and the view was lovely. Room service delivery and communication with them was poor. Overall a positive stay but for the price I paid, I’ve had a better experience elsewhere in Sydney.

It was good overall. Initially they stuck me in a crappy corner room where the view was the cat park. I then asked them to change me to a corner view with darling harbor. They did so. The crappy lower floor corner room should not be same as the darling harbor view corner rooms. Glad they rectified it.
