The hotel is lovely and the staff is great. Excellent overall experience except when it came to getting SPG points. Because I booked through Orbitz I couldn't get points for my stay in Australia. This hotel will no longer be a part of the Sheraton family after December 2016.

Great location within easy walk of Darling Harbour. For the price it should have free in-room wi-fi. We didn't eat there but the restaurant looked lovely. May have eaten there if we had been staying longer. Very quiet room despite building work being underway, comfortable bed, updated bathroom. Staff were very attentive and friendly.

location is excellent. We walked to Darling Harbour, the aquarium and CBE downtown locations. We had a corner room so it was spacious and had a nice view. Bathroom was excellent.

We were treated very well by the warm welcoming staff. Highly recommended

Excellent location at the beautiful Darling harbor, walk distance to the opera house, harbor bridge, fish market, The Star casino, downtown shopping areas, museums, city zoo, restaurants, save a lot of taxi money. The room may be small according to American standard but very new and clear. My only regret is the hotel has no swimming pool, heated or non-heated. My wife and I love this hotel and will come back again.

As a Starwood preferred guest we were placed on the preferred floor. Recently renovated room is simple but elegant. Had problems with heating but the portable heater worked very well and they compensated us with 2 free drinks and free Internet worth $20.

This was my second time to Sydney and knowing the city layout, this hotel worked. It was a great balance between hotel quality, price and location. Darling Harbor is close, all the sights are accessible by healthy walk or quick cab... its central location was important. The rooms had everything you would need and the staff was especially friendly and helpful.

Great view of Darling Harbour. It rained and the hotel even provided umbrellas. Enjoyed my stay!

Great location right on the Darling Harbor in front of the Aquarium and Maritime Museum...

The Four Points is an old facility but not old enough to be quaint. Everything worked well but was not over-the-top in any regard. The bed was very good. Other amenities in the room were marginal-one chair plus the desk chair. Wi-Fi complementary in the lobby but not in room. Sydney seemed to be a very expensive city to tour.

check in was great and freindly. Received a free upgrade to a harbor facing room. The location is outstanding. close to everything by walking distance. The room... not so great. The room I had smelled of old wet carpet. I called housekeeping. she came in and said, yes this room does smell very bad. and she put some carpet fresh on it. in about one hour, the room smelled like a combo of cheap perfume and wet carpet. Not good. I asked to be changed and the front desk was very polite and moved me to an upper floor that had been remodeled. Room was OK..

The hotel was in a great location and very clean. It was also nice that there was free internet in the lobby.

Concierge staff was great! They booked a last minute. twilight Sydney Harbor Bridge Climb for me on a beautiful Saturday which also happened to be Australia Day. Also handed out loaner umbrellas for a very rainy Sunday and Monday. In addition, gave good instructions as to how to get to Bondi Beach on public transportation. No free Wi-Fi though and that should be a given in 2013 for any hotel that is above a flop house level.

We booked this hotel for one night, on our first trip down under, before beginning a cruise at the port nearby. The location proved particularly good, as we could walk to many of the sights in downtown Sydney. The hotel staff was very gracious and efficient, and we were able to check into our room just two hours after our 9 am arrival. We had opted for the less expensive "city view" room, and were very pleased with the comfort, quiet, and soothing decor. Many eating places within walking distance, as is the wharf area, and the maritime museum across the bridge.

Loved the location and hotel. Excellent facility and easy to access Sydney

I stayed at the Four Points Sheraton at Darling Harbor twice, and my girlfriend has stayed there many times. Top shelf location and top shelf staff. The room amenities had a few minor blemishes, but all in all it was very very nice.

Good business hotel, rooms are standard fare. Stayed in s harbour view room (worth the extra) as the views over darling harbour are spectacular. Gym average but functional. Needs a pool.

The reception staff were good and so was the buffet breakfast and the location. For the price of the room though, it was very small compared to other motels and the bathroom was even smaller and dated. The lack of a car park also added extra expense. Don't think I would stay here again - better value elsewhere.

Two things we do not like at this htl: 1. the superior room 423 has 2 single SMALL beds (90cm) that twist all the time you are in there...I've requested and, after 2 days, they change our room to a king bed. 2. the airco does not run okay. All the time the room was cold and unpleasent! We like very much: 1. the location: is excelent, near the aquarium; 2 the staff, Ms. Marta and Charlenne, they make all was posible to atend us; 3. and the breakfest, is GREAT!!

The location is fantastic. The value is superior compared other hotels and their prices.
