My flight arrived at midnight, I have to wait at the hotel door for about 5 minutes until the night person open the door and took forever to do the check in. The first room has a smoke detector that was beep ing every 20 secons, I called and the guy asked me to go to the desk and will give me another room, in the second room the TV remote didn't work, AC was noisy and didn't have a termostat to adjust heat and duration, was running continuously and again noisy, I have to turn it off to can sleep. The bathroom was dirty, a lot of hair on the floor, dust all over. In the morning I went to the front desk to let them know about my experience and to ask for a better room. They agree to change the room but they told me they can't do anything about the A?C units as all are the same! I told them in this case I want to cancel my following 2 nights stay, they said I should talk with a manager but I was in a hurry and I have to leave. I returned later and let them know I will not stay at that hotel.

The 2.8 rating is very high for them, dump is a better word

This hotel was not what I expected, the pictures seem to have been taken at least ten years ago and it's very outdated. I booked a nonsmoking room, but it seems like the housekeepers use the bathroom to smoke in there and then turn the fan on which does nothing so the whole room reeks of cigarette smoke. There was white sticky stuff all over the comforter on the bed and the headboard plus potato chips and dirty tissues left on the floor. The pillows are the size of a tissue box. When I asked for a clean comforter and 4 more pillows (for myself & 3 other guests) I was told they only had 2 extra pillows, because they were all booked up. The room air unit was on the fritz, not working half of the time. When checking in AND out I had to wait for 15 minutes just standing there before anyone showed up, because there wasn't anyone in sight at the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was a joke, it's set up on a dresser with a 1' x 3' top and includes coffee and granola bars, which when I went to get breakfast at 7:30am on a Sunday they only had 2 granola bars left. Overall very dissatisfied with this place and will not be returning.

This hotel was close to my family's place and we were looking for a cheap place to stay. It was certainly cheap but you get what you pay for. The room had a strange stench like it wasn't quite cleaned thoroughly, even though it was a non-smoking room there was seeping smoke smell, and there were condom boxes behind the tv stand/dresser. Obviously, not thoroughly cleaned.

Staff was a very accommodating and courteous polite and very helpful

No office services (like print boarding passes) Horrible breakfast faulty lights at room Hot water comes on and off

The grab and go breakfast was very disappointing (4 varieties of grits, but no oatmeal options, apples and oranges, and very hard granola bars). Our reservation was for a non smoking, queen room. It was a double with 3, very flat pillows. When going into the bathroom, the light and fan both turn on, and when that happened, it smelled like cigarette smoke. We were already unpacked and very tired at this point so deal with switching rooms by saying anything to the front desk.

This hotel is exactly what it looks like. It was a last resort for my family to stay here as every other place in area was booked for High School Graduation. The Hotel does not have any amenities and smells very musty, especially in the hallways. Overall if you must stay somewhere it will do!

This hotel is the worst i've ever been to here. Was asked to wait for 2hrs on a already reserved check-in. Was forced to get a smoking room instead of the reserved non-smoking due to over booking. Given wrong room key by college kid employee. Room smelt like trash. TV didn't work. There were several flees in the bed. Woken to loud spanish speaking people banging on doors at 2:45 am.

I needed a hotel that was centrally located and this fit the bill. The staff was friendly and helpful; however, the hotel itself was poorly maintained. The carpets in the hallways and room were filthy. I had to ask for another room because the first one I was given smelled awful. The upholstery on the chair/ottoman in the room were stained and I was nervous about whether the mattress was safe to sleep on. Luckily, the latter proved to be fine.
