Very nice location with an amazing pool adjacent to the beach. Nice poolside bar. The condos were reasonable well appointed with some amenities. The outsides looked rather sterile for a tropical paradise resort especially the entries but this was not so important. Reasonably affordable sometimes quite good food at the one open restaurant and a decent happy hour menu. The place is a mix between condos and hotel, so many hotel like amenities not there (one tiny bottle of shampoo and no replacements.) so bring your own . The beach is beautiful but not the greatest for for swimming (could have been the surf when we were there but rocks abound on the beach. ). The staff were friendly and generally helpful. The internet was out in our last morning which made making plans a bit challenging but I suspect this is uncommon. You have to pay for high speed. Would go back again for the pool, views and reasonable cost
Property was clean, the staff was friendly. The beach was not my favorite. The duplex room was also an inconvenient going downstairs to the bathroom at night.
Limetree Beach Resort was a great hotel to stay for our 4-day getaway. The workers were friendly and very down to earth. It was a diverse crowd stay at this resort. I loved the pool and enjoyed that it was a few steps away from the beach! The beach over at this resort is clean.. I didn't like that the marketplace closed so early. Once they were closed, there wasn't much to really munch or drink when you had a late night craving. The hotel was a taxi ride to everywhere. Even though everything seemed close, nothing was walking distance. The cart drivers are not always available, and taxi rides charge per person, not destination. The hotel was cleaned and well maintained. We had a mini kitchen equipped with utensils, which was a plus. They were grateful enough to decorate the room for my significant other birthday. (Shout out to the maintenance team and everyone who supported us there). Alyssa, Tiffany, Anthony, and others were very helpful with finding things to do in the area) The restaurant at the resort has great scenery, the staff were friendly, attentive and the food was delicious! Overall, I would recommend this resort!

Lovely place. We had 2 rooms, 6 people. The check in staff did not have the sense to put our party of 4 in the larger room, so we had to move all of our stuff around after check in. They also failed to tell us that none of the on site bars, restaurants, store, etc accepted room charges, which led to embarrassment and inconvenience. Otherwise it was very nice, and the staff was very pleasant.

The property was beautiful, however i was not notified that it is a timeshare property and because of this i was booked a split reservation. I also called ahead of tiem to ask if early check in was available bc my flight would be early. I was told "yes" so prior to my arrival i stopped at the local store and purchased groceries as my property had a kitchette. I arrived around 1 and was told i could not check in early even though when i called i was told i could. None the less i optted to go to the beach. My groceries sat in my hot car for roughly 3 hours by then which i received a text stating my room was ready. In the text i was notified it was a split reservation and i would be required to check out the next morning by 10 and would not have a room until 4 pm again. Confused on why i would have to pay for a room i could not access for 7 hours i was directed tot he manager, who offered apologies and explain the timeshare holder must have access when wanted to room and that orbitz should have notified me. I contacted orbitz who said they were unaware that is was a split reservation or a timeshare property. Orbitz offered to relocate me but they would need the property to refund my money and they tried to contact the property numerous time but could not get a manger on the phone. I then went to front desk who called manager who told me she would not refund me bc she accomodate me for every night even though i could not access the room for 7 hours day 2 of my stay.
