We were not able to checkin to our room until an hour after the designated check in time. The property was nice but the pool and beach are too small for the number of rooms/people when full. We were there over Easter. They were not cleaning rooms due to Covid but we did ask for more coffee grounds. We waited for 1.5 hours and finally left to start our day. They never did drop off the coffee grounds. There is only one restaurant and it is next to the pool with not a lot of seating. They do have a marketplace with eggs, bagels and other food items. The view was pretty and the room were nice and had a kitchen and washer and dryer.

Beautiful view!! Friendly staff!! Great amenities!!

Condo was spacious. Staff very friendly. Mistake was made with billing but when I called the Frenchmen Cove, the rep worked with me to correct the error.

we paid for the room. it was a timeshare they call every day to sale you one. if you dont go see one you get no room with a view. so it was not good.

what a beauiful hotel, a swimming pool, and the beach..I really pleasure to have stay overnight there.

Truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nicely laid out. Full kitchen came in handy as did the washer/dryer combo. Staff was very friendly and pool area was superior. More beach activities would have been nice but it is a short drive to other beaches. Took shopping tour which was fun but be prepared for an open air taxi ride. Tried to do Coral World but made mistake of not making reservations and the best activities were booked. Overall great place to stay and would go back.

Room was alot cleaner and brighter than the rooms at the Morningstar or Frenchman's Reef. There's no late check out, they charge $100 per hour past 10:30 am. Front desk threatened to send security to remove us. Really surprising as I travel to the Marriott property in St. Thomas yearly, sometimes twice a year.

Pool was great for the kids. Nice little slide that kept them entertained. From the pool you are steps away from the beach and the great snorkeling. Bring you own equipment (pickup a cheap set ($20) from Target). Buy local food to keep in the kitchen and save on breakfast or lunch. Use the money to go out to dinner.
