A very nice hidden gem was exactly what I was looking for a nice affordable clean room in a great central location on the island
Helpful and friendly staff.
Expensive for room we stayed in. View of harbor was solar panels. Water dripped in bathroom. We were taken to our room through side parking lot and behind building. Hallways where room was were creepy. Slider door in room would not lock. Service at front desk not welcoming. I had found earrings in our safe and turned them into front desk. I tried handing to woman and looked disgusted and said just put them down and starts disinfecting her hands. I give her money for newspaper and again she disinfects her hands. I tried to tell her about the water running in tub and she just walks away. I say ok forget it and she then asks what I’d say. Rude and weird. Check in was 4pm and we got there at 1 pm and room almost ready and they would call us. No call and after checking several time it was ready 4pm. Told that we didn’t need reservations for dinner the told we did. We called but no one called us back until dinner time. At 5:15 someone called and said come now. We did ( though just had lunch ) ordered salads that took better than 45 minutes to come. After 45 minutes I asked about our salads and requested at least some bread. Bread $4.50 and that tooThere were only 8 tables with two each having dinner at this time. Pool area chairs mostly covered with used towels and finished drinks. The convenience shop was run by woman who had her child playing in store and her friends bringing her breakfast and dinner. So disappointed !
Due to covid no cleaning service which was fine, but trying to get towels was difficult and very frustrating. No issues for others, but one night I asked to swap out towels and they made me speak to a manager before they agreed and another I asked and housekeeping never showed up so we brought the swap out to the front desk and was still givin a hard time about swapping dirty for clean. This part was Extremely aggravating and never should have been
Staff was great. Called for taxi whenever i needed 1 and the bartenders were awesome as well. Food was EXCELLENT. Must try their pancakes
The hotel is Very good suite for family’s stays.
I didn’t like the fact that you had to walk down the hill. Poor customer service.
Staff friendly, views were amazing, check in was Sweet. We got in town a little early and they helped us out best they could. check it wasn’t until 4pm but we were able to get in a little earlier being that we got in town early and asked. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is nice . Customer services need a lot improved. On sunday night the room next to my. After two days of party en sunday they had a fight outside the room. I call hotel front desk no answer . I had to call the police .
Very clean. Massive property with a great pool & bar. Had noisy neighbors & Jaime, the director of security, took care of everything. He was SO helpful, kind and really made us feel safe. Best employee!!!
This is my second stay with Bluebeard’s castle. The first being almost 6 years ago. Everything was just as perfect as last time.
The views are amazing, but no restaurants yet due to Irma.
Beautiful view. Nice restaurants. Hotel is very sad. Office staff was very unfriendly. Needs to be renovated and the grounds need a gardener. Rooms had a musty smell. Mold is probably in the walls that paint can't cover up. The first room was awful! My nose started running right away because of the mold. Asked to be moved. What's really scary is they are an interval property and I would hate to trade for my nice Marriott property! There was no pen and paper to write down anything and NO HAIR DRYER!
Hotel was awesome, everyone was friendly, room had everything including washer and dryer which was nice, the only slight downfall but not a big deal is pool is a hike up stairs but not a bad place to stay , I would definitely stay there again , the view from our room was amazing
One of the restaurants waitress almost refused service to my wife. She said that previously in the days proceeding that she did not feel that she was tipped enough, therefore she felt it was her right to refuse service because of this. Horrible experience and I would never recommend this Hotel or even a vacation to the Virgin Islands to anyone.
