We enjoyed all aspects of the resort.

I love the proximity to Coki Point Beach, Coral world, Ref Hook, the friendly staff and the home-y feel of the resort. We were comfortable the entire stay.

Had a great stay. Room and staff were amazing. Pools were awesome. Upper obviously has an amazing view. Happy hour everyday. Red hook a short ride away. Sunset cruise, coki beach a short walk. Def would go back.

It was a very nice property. Just wish it was beachfront. Need more food options. But all and all very good place to stay.

The resort was nice and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. There was nothing open but the restaurant and bar. The cafe hours were dependent on who was working the counter. Front desk and concierge staff was great. The dining staff was mostly friendly. View from our balcony was disappointing as it consisted of a concrete partial wall.

The property was stunning. Views from every turn. The grounds were very well kept and filled with tropical flowers and palm trees. Knowning the beach onsite wasn't one I would spend a lot of time at I didn't worry about it's condition. Having a launch point for my two catamaran trips was also convenient. Wonderful

Do wish they offered house keeping for at least one time during the stay. Other than that the property lived up to its expectations.

There were a few nice employees. Overall, it was a horrible experience for the price, no housekeeping, the awful smell due to the seaweed (sargassum), limited amenities, limited food options, and the poor communication; there were rooms available farther away from the sargassum that were not even mentioned to us. Even attempting to sell us on a timeshare proposal as a mandatory part of the check-in process was done in poor taste knowing the current condition of the hotel. I expected more from the Margaritaville brand. I definitely feel cheated.

The staff was friendly at this resort and the room was very nice and clean. What I didn't like is the unbearable smell of seaweed that made it very difficult to even be outside at the pool. The beach was also closed due to seaweed. I wish I would have known about this issue of truly how bad it was prior to my stay or I would have never ever booked and would have stayed at a different area on the island

.

Staff was friendly, could clean up the resort with some minor repairs to pealing paint and clean out the little water way near the main check in.

Positives: We stayed in a studio for 5 days and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean, and great views! The grounds were well maintained and very beautiful. Resort is in a good area to go the “downtowns” in either direction. Negatives: No beach, very bad sea grass smell(not their fault. I get that), 3 pool areas- 1 was not filled, 1 has a capacity of 35 for covid (not their fault, I get it), and the other was open only 2 days because someone vomited and they couldn’t get anyone to come clean out the pool. The shuttles did not stop at the shuttle stops. They just went past you. The only place to get on a shuttle was at the main building/office which kind of defeats the purpose. Positive/Negative- They offer a discount snorkel experience if you “take a survey” with a staff member. We explicitly asked are they trying to sell us something. We were told explicitly no and that “We have nothing to sell here.” Anyways, we go over to take the survey and they are trying to sell us a timeshare… we went ahead and did the “survey” and got a buy one get one snorkel experience— which was the best day… but the staff didn’t have to lie. *facepalm*

I liked the golf cart service given the hills were nice. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, full length couch with a chaise, kitchen sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, balcony overlooking the ocean and a laundry room on the floor for all guests of the building to use. We felt safe on the resort. I would recommend it for a younger crowd (partying crowd). The two different pools were nice with two separate vibes going on at each pool. I do wish the seaweed wasn’t swarming the “beach” area but that is natures doing. They do provide great customer service from the concierge to the golf cart drivers, Ray and Jamerson are outstanding hosts and guides, my wife and I enjoyed there assistance.

By far the worst hotel in all the history of resorts. Unfriendly staff. Room was dirty upon arrival. AC didn’t work. The entire property smelled like feces the entire time. Beach completely overtaken by seaweed completely closed. All restaurants or bars closed. No one ever came to give me fresh towels or clean my room once.
