Positives: We stayed in a studio for 5 days and the room was fantastic. Very spacious, clean, and great views! The grounds were well maintained and very beautiful. Resort is in a good area to go the “downtowns” in either direction. Negatives: No beach, very bad sea grass smell(not their fault. I get that), 3 pool areas- 1 was not filled, 1 has a capacity of 35 for covid (not their fault, I get it), and the other was open only 2 days because someone vomited and they couldn’t get anyone to come clean out the pool. The shuttles did not stop at the shuttle stops. They just went past you. The only place to get on a shuttle was at the main building/office which kind of defeats the purpose. Positive/Negative- They offer a discount snorkel experience if you “take a survey” with a staff member. We explicitly asked are they trying to sell us something. We were told explicitly no and that “We have nothing to sell here.” Anyways, we go over to take the survey and they are trying to sell us a timeshare… we went ahead and did the “survey” and got a buy one get one snorkel experience— which was the best day… but the staff didn’t have to lie. *facepalm*

I liked the golf cart service given the hills were nice. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, full length couch with a chaise, kitchen sink, refrigerator, dishwasher, balcony overlooking the ocean and a laundry room on the floor for all guests of the building to use. We felt safe on the resort. I would recommend it for a younger crowd (partying crowd). The two different pools were nice with two separate vibes going on at each pool. I do wish the seaweed wasn’t swarming the “beach” area but that is natures doing. They do provide great customer service from the concierge to the golf cart drivers, Ray and Jamerson are outstanding hosts and guides, my wife and I enjoyed there assistance.

Beach completely overtaken by seaweed completely closed. All restaurants or bars closed. No one ever came to give me fresh towels or clean my room once.

Roof top pool / bar view was beautiful. Overall the staff was friendly and helpful, and the experience was very nice. It's hard to give a review on the onsite restaurant because they were still very understaffed due to covid. I would recommend this resort to others.

Overall was a great experience wish i had stayed longer, my only suggestion is make possible to have anything purchased on the grounds to be Charged back to the room via our wyndham bracelets, not too many people feel comfortable leaving their id and credit card on the beach unattended while enjoying the beautiful water(beach or pool), it would be nice just to walk up to either and order food/drinks
