Property has an excellent location and beach. It should not be selling rooms in a building under construction leading to power outages, no hot water, noise, and dirt. Staff is blissfully ignorant and/or doesn’t care. Check in process is not customer friendly - use an app to check in when staff is right in front of you. I give the location and beach a 5 of 5. The issues overall make it a 2 of 5 - I would avoid staying here.

Checking in took so long, then there was no electricity in the room, no towels. The staff try to help you and fix things but the hotel is under staff and poorly run. When they say check in is at 4, take your chances1, you might get the room at 6. Do not stay in building 1, building 4 is the best from what we here, the bathrooms have been upgrades. We did not see any recycling. Poor staff tries their best to help. The bar when Ava is there is the best. She is amazing. Then there is the beach .. OMG beautiful.

Shower did not work first day. Told the office and they said they would fix it. They did not. Told them day 2 day 3 day 4. Never fixed it. It was cold or scalding hot. No in between. Waited 2 hours for a meal. They said they lost the order. Never stay again.

The only reason we stayed here was the location because we had an early flight. The first room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest. They moved us to another room. The second room was cleaned but apparently they don’t mop the floors because they were still dirty. There was old food left in the fridge. Even with the a/c and fan on, the room was still hot and humid. There was zero hot water in the morning for a shower and apparently towels are hard to get. I will never stay here again.

The property has lots of potential. Check in was difficult. If you have a Android phone their check in process online does not work unless you log in to your email with the actual website not an App. I phones were said to work perfectly. Grounds need upkeeping. Common Grass areas had high grass and needed work. Water fountains on property were not working. The pool appeared to have a beautiful rock waterfall feature but was not working. On site restaurant and bar were nice but it would have been great to have more choices on site on in walking distance.

I believe this is considered a 3 star property and I think that is fair. The location from the airport is great, the voew from the room is amazing. Beautiful water, etc. Those are the reasons to go to this property. I would only go if you are staying a night or two. The property was filthy, everything in my room was broken or falling apart. Everywhere i went there were several workers chilling and they got quiet when walking by. It was really uncomfortable. I didnt like walking out of the room. It smelled outside the rooms, the service cart stunk. The food not good and suoer expensive. They dont clean up the beach i saw the same beer cans all over. This is also more of a local spot, locals were walking in and going all around and hovering. So again, still give it a 3 star. This property would be amazing with some tlc . A few staff members were nice for sure but I also witnessed a nice yelling match in the front lobby with staff.

No hot water. The place is under construction and noisy. Staff is rude at the front desk. Air conditioner did not work. Do not stay here.

Great location by the airport and right on the beach. Good value for the money and staff was friendly. Comfy beds too.

Loved the location, water activities available. The local vibes with music on the beach, restaurant on facility,.

Thank you for taking the time to review. There are times when our laundry is backed up and I apologize that there were not beach towels when you asked for them. We hope that you will stay with us again. If we are out of beach towels, please tell our staff and the towels will be delivered to you as soon as they are ready. I am happy to hear that you enjoyed the beach!

We are sincerely sorry for your experience. The building you are staying in had a power outage related to our power company which caused unexpected problems in that one building (in some rooms) after power was restored to the remainder of the property. Unfortunately, we found out after guests, including yourself were in the room. As it is Spring Break and a busy time, we had trouble relocating every guest to another room. Please reach out to us so that we can make amends and know that repairs on underway to mitigate the problems caused by the power outage.

We do sincerely apologize for the issues you experience while you were here. Due to a new washer/dryer installation, we were faced with some unforeseen circumstances which delayed the process. As a result of that, yes, it did delay check-in time for some. We offered F&B credits and also late checkouts to ensure that all guests were fully accommodated/compensated.
