Stayed there two nights with a 8 days in between. First stay in the morning we had no water and no power so no toilet flushing for awhile and then no shower. Second stay the safety deposit box in the room didn't work and I had two workmen in to fix it and it never worked so I had to take our passport and all our valuables with us. Not good.. Two bulbs out in the bedroom. At dinner on the second stay the restaurant was out of three wines we ordered. Breakfast the next am the waitress brought bacon vs sausages for both me and my husband and then no orange juice. The staff are nice but service is inefficient. Not being able to have a shower in the am nor use the toilet was pretty bad.

We could not find a problem, nor have a complaint, about our stay. Nice people to do business with..

Water pressure was non existant, bed was very uncomfortable, pretty funky finishes in the rooms. Beach is very nice nd the rooms on the beach with a patio was great. Casual beach life but for the price I would think they could upgrade some of the above.

Convenient for just in travels. Beach and pool are nice. Restaurant good drinks right by the beach.

Great location love being so close to the beach , the water was greay

Great hotel and beautiful resort right on the beach, will definitely be back soon!

Hotel staff was friendly and the service was great. We ate at the hotel two times during our stay and the second server we had, Izabel, was fantastic. All the bartenders at the beach bar were excellent as well. In the middle of our stay they ended up getting new happy hour specials but didn’t get the alcohol in yet; Tiffany was generous enough to offer us a different drink and still charge us the same happy hour price. The pool was very clean and fresh water which was great when we needed a break from the salty sea. I do wish this resort had more complimentary shuttles to and from activities, downtown and redhook. Taxis were pretty expensive and added up quickly. We ended up taking the public bus on most days because they were a $1 to downtown and $2 to redhook, which in a normal taxi cost $6 to downtown and $11 to redhook (per person). Brittany was also great helping us book our activities. We did parasailing and a dinner cruise on a catamaran. Overall great hotel and great staff.

Nice beach....Good food....Good people....Quite Thanks

The beach mere steps from the hotel is amazing. The hotel is still trying to recover from Hurricane Irma. There is still visible damage. They haven't replaced the showers nor made any other accommodation to get the sand off your feet when leaving the beach. There are stacks of lumber haphazardly. The bar roof is in bad shape, other roofs are still missing, etc. The older resort next door has been condemned and is supposed to be bull dozed. But, we still enjoyed our stay because the bay itself is so amazing. The water is crystal clear and the beach being so close makes for a wonderful sound as you drift off to sleep. Food is very expensive on the Island and so are taxis. The open-air Safari buses are a great deal at $1/ride.

Hotel was in satisfying condition 6 months after hurricanes Irma + Maria. Pool, dining room, bar and rooms were in good condition. Some work was going on which was understandable. Excellent beach access and nice staff.

The beach is the best of all. Sunsets are beautiful from this place. Convenient location close to the airport (walking distance). Unfortunately there are no restaurants close to the hotel. You have to eat and drink always at the hotel or take a taxi to the touristical areas each time.

Had a great time here. The hotel is on the beach. The food at Caribbean Fusion was excellent. The staff were all very helpful. A cab was always ready out front for the short trip to town. The resort is adjacent to the end of the airport runway, but the planes weren't a distraction. We felt no safety issues, but didn't travel into night streets. I would do it again.

A lovely vacation gem. This location is on the beach with exceptional views. The island is small so getting around the island is very easy. There is public transportation right outside the hotel and taxis at the ready The staff at the hotel are very friendly and eager to assist when needed.

Location is perfect, beach is wonderful. Hotel decor and staff was good. You can tell they are transitioning and updating the facility. The cockroaches were the problem. I realize it's a warm climate year round. But seeing them multiple times in bathroom and bedroom is a great concern.

A beautiful hotel on a beautiful beach with great food and amazing drinks.

If you aren't the kind of person that just rolls with the little things this hotel isn't for you but if you are you can't beat the off season price, the beach, the staff, the views. If you taxis ask for Joy. Also you might want to GO out to eat. Photos taken w/ iPhone 5s NO filter used! I'm already planning my next stay.

Nice location right on the beach. However reminds me of a 1970's Motel 6. No hot water- a complaint other guests had as well. If we did not prepay with Orbits, we would not have stayed there. We arrived at 4pm and our room was not ready along with other guests that were waiting as well. Bar overcharged our card which we dis not find out until we got home. Too much trouble to argue the charges- maybe they can use the extra money on upgrades to the property.

This hotel was reasonably priced and close to the airport. Check in is 4pm. We hoped to check in early but no rooms were ready. Ocean views from the room were great. The room was clean and comfortable. The onsite restaurant is ok. The bar was good. Decent place for a 1 night stay after a yacht charter.
