Great location. They provided a cooler, some snorkeling fins, one mask, pool noodles and float, some sun screen and bug repellant, soap, and clean towels and linens. The bed was comfy, but the couch where our daughter slept, not so much. Loved having the kitchen with dishes and cookware provided, and used it! Loved the balcony and view (although the low chairs sit you behind the tall rail and block the beach area from view.). The only small issue we had was an apparent leak from a clogged a/c line that drained out onto the front walkway and left a wet puddle near the door. We didn’t know who to report it to, so didn’t until the day we left. As soon as we told property management, they were very apologetic and assured us they’d get right on it. I am confident they did. This unit could also need a little furniture updating, but it was fine for the beach setting and did the job. We would stay here again for sure.

The people working there were very nice and accommodating. The view is beautiful.

First of the staff who worked for the resort were very accommodating with helping us get taxis to explore the island, they also cleaned the sea weed from around the resort daily which was a plus. The room we stayed in was not the best. The pictures of the room/resort was nothing like seeing it in person. There were no lights on the balcony, therefore we were not able to sit out there at night or early in the morning. I called and asked for it to be fixed but it was never fixed or was any follow up calls was made.

Thank you Michael for welcoming my family into your View of Paradise duplex condo. It is just the right everything, right size, right view, right location, comfortable, convenient, clean, secure, and quiet. It is right on a vast beach with soft sand next to several boat, parasail, and wave runner charters at the adjacent marina. A 30 second walk up the hill from the marina reveals The Slice Vi for quick eats and drinks or on the other end of the beach you can walk right up out of the ocean after snorkeling, on one of the best spots around, and grab a burger at the Sapphire Beach Bar. There are a lot of great restaurants, bars, shopping, grocery store in the Red Hook area also. Everything you need is at the condo, Wi-Fi, fins, snorkels, towels, right down to extra sunscreen. Sapphire Beach Resort is clean and full of adult guests who enjoy a fun atmosphere but are respectful and protective of quiet enjoyment. It feels like your own back yard with your friends and neighbors where everyone is welcome and encouraged to join in on the beach volleyball. Or just sit up on the deck with the blended margarita you made and wave to passers by who wave and smile back.

I have no regrets whatsoever choosing to stay at this property. Immediately upon approaching the resort I was impressed with the overall beauty of the layout at Sapphire Beach Resort. The condo is nestled directly on the beach front with a breathtaking view of the beach, as well as other islands in the horizon. The grounds are kept in pristine condition. The room/condo is a beautifully decorated, spacious duplex, with all the necessary modern amenities and necessities for you and your family's comfort. I guarantee you that you will want to revisit again and again. There is a strong presence of security for your safety and everyone is screened upon entering and leaving the premises. The Red Hook ferry that takes you to the neighboring islands such as St. John and The BVI are also within close proximity.
