This makes our 4 year staying at this property in September and before this stay we had received the best of service. I see the service is suffering. The desk clerks are very complacent and not at all guest friendly. We had to wait for the two clerk to return to the desk so one could check us in. I did not feel welcome as I had in past years. I blame this on management or ownership for the lack of training. After checking into our room we came back to the desk to ask direction. You guested it no one was at the desk. It was mid afternoon and no manager was available. The next morning I told the am clerk about the noise from the wedding party on our floor. I was surprised at the answer not an apology but an OK. Marriot should insist the General Manager go for training in customer service so this person could traine the employees. This hotel should be an embarrassment to the Marriot family of hotels. We truly like Marriot. I have not mentioned the poor breakfast, running out of coffee each day. The best part of our experience was the room attendant. She has very good customer service skills and the room was clean. I am afraid we may be staying at the Hilton Hampton Inn nextdoor next year. After our experience when we have a choice between the two hotels Marriot may lose. Thank you

Plenty of parking. Newish facility with a pleasant and helpful staff. Good coffee-24 hours a day. Right off I81 less than a mile to many restaurants. Not much more to say, but I'd stay again if I came through the area.

Staff was friendly. The lobby was clean and welcoming. The room looked dated but worked. Bed was comfortable. I would stay again, but it's pretty average. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub. We got here late but we were received quickly. The breakfast was ok, again nothing special.

First, we really like the staff, very friendly and efficient. And the hotel is clean and attractive. Our rooms were reasonably spacious and comfy with good pillows. We did have an issue when housekeeping didn't arrive to clean our room until after 3.We also found the AC irritated our allergies; maybe a filter cleaning needed? The pool is small and there is no hot tub.Free breakfast with a few hot items, about what you'd expect. The wi-fi was a bit on the slow side. like the evening cookies and 24-hour coffee/tea bar.

I absolutely can not believe this hotel is almost five years old. It felt like it was only a year or so.... what a testimony to the entire staff that cares for it. It was clean clean clean! The team members were friendly. It was quiet. It was a great stay. Hands down - one of the best Marriotts I have stayed at. This should be a training facility for all the others.

Traveling to Canada for a fishing trip and stayed at this Marriott on the way north and stopped on the way back south. Both visits we received excellent service. The staff was both friendly and helpful in every way. I was towing a boat for this trip and the staff allowed me to park in a secure place during our stay. Would recommend this Marriott to all travelers who past there way

This Fairfield Inn was outstanding. The room was very comfortable. Brittany at the front desk told us about the Thousand Islands Boat Tours and Boldt Castle, which were the highlights of our visit to Watertown. The hotel is in a great location with restaurants & shopping nearby.

This hotel lobby, rooms, and elevator were kept very neat and clean. The hotel seemed to be full of kids but that didn't keep the staff from keeping a tidy appearance. They have a Nice pool and an outdoor patio with tables and chairs to sit on to relax. The staff was very warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. They also offer a large variety of items to choose for breakfast. Big shout out to Justin for being so understanding! Your the best! Next time we are in Watertown we will be staying here again! I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!!!

Always like staying at Fairfield Inns. Generally good value, nice clean rooms and efficient staff enjoyed my stay here as a side trip to Ottawa after passing through Kingston. Would come here again. Breakfast is a bit too basic. I hate powdered eggs and would gladly pay an extra buck or two on the rate for real scrambled eggs.

My husband and I stayed there several times in June due to a relative's illness and then again for the funeral. Everyone was very caring and helpful. We would be there a day, travel home, come back for a couple of days and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is new, modern, clean, good breakfast, in all, wonderful. If we ever have to return to Watertown the Fairfield Inn is the only place we would stay.
