Maintenance apologized and promised a manager’s call and housekeeping, but the next day’s offer of just $50 off an $800 stay felt inadequate, especially with only four towels and tiny shampoo bottles provided for four people, requiring constant housekeeping requests. Local owners confirmed management’s penny-pinching approach and it shows.
