Adequate place to stay for a budget, but could have used encasements on mattresses and box springs. Parking was tight.

Great hotel for the price. Its been updated on the inside. 30 min from Zion. Would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately, when we got into our room, there was a broken cigarette on one of the beds with tobacco all over the comforter. The hallway and room didn’t smell pleasant at all. We got back to our room at 11:00 at night only to discover the door wouldn’t open because the battery for the keyless entry was dead and had to wait for someone to come change it out. The bed was also uncomfortable.

The property is neither an Inn nor a Hotel, but rather an old and run down motel. Doors barely close and its not the greatest neighborhood. The free breakfast is OK but over by 9am. A/C was marginal in rooms. Only positive was that it was somewhat close to the Zion national park. Would not recommend as not a good value either.

The person who helped check us in was friendly. The room didn’t feel clean. I wiped hairs out of the shower. The carpet needed vacuuming especially against the walls. The sheets were nice and clean though. You get what you pay for so much of this was expected.

You can't beat the price. So I'm happy with our stay. There was an odor in our room but it wasn't unbearable. I have stayed their 2x's and would stay there again.

Just what we needed

My room was on the first floor and I could hear everything going on in the room above me. So much for a good night's sleep. Otherwise, the property was fine .

The property screams of being a former cult compound!! Hallways only open th the inner courtyard, which only has one way in/out for vehicles no gate but there use to be one. Pedestrians have two ways, but they are both gated. The windows still have the electronic release latches from having bars to keep people 'safe'.

No ice, no pool, smelly rooms. Dirty shower. It said free HBO, could find it.
