This property should be reported to the health agency. It flooded the first night we stayed there. The water was coming into our room and it smelled awful. The paint was bubbling off the wall because of all the water. Then because they wouldn’t refund us our money, we were stuck in that gross, stinky room for another night. They didn’t try to dry the carpet out by pulling the carpet back or turn any fans on at all. This place is deplorable and I have sent a letter to receive a refund. I still have not heard back. I had a reservation for three nights. I ended up leaving early and not using the third night. I had to go to a different hotel and spend MORE money. This place needs to be shut down in my opinion. I would really like to get your help in getting some kind of a refund ASAP.

Smelt like mildew. Leaking water everywhere up and down the halls and in our bedroom. They had buckets put out to catch the water and you could hear it dripping all night. The doors are not sealed up tight so the light from the hall shine through all night. Hard to sleep. Our window didn’t have a lock on it and we were on ground level. The staff was friendly and did the best they could with these conditions if we will definitely never stay there again. I won’t mention what was on the ceiling and wiped on the bathroom door.

The staff were pleasant and the property was mostly clean. The carpets appeared to need cleaning. The value for the rate was good.

The people who worked here were great. Our room was great with a newly renovated bathroom. The hotel is clearly benefitting from their tender, loving care. The price was excellent. There are areas that they are still working on. I would stay here again!

The property is old outdated, exterior is falling apart looks abandoned.

This hotel had everything we could have asked for. Very clean, comfy beds, pleasant staff, and best of all, it was pretty close to Zion. Overall I would stay there again. Only thing I would say they could improve on is fixing the shower door in our room, which kept getting stuck, and either better A/C or screens on the windows, because the room got pretty stuffy at night.

They did not have any ammenities and they charged my card AFTER I already paid ORBITZ, so I had to call Orbitz to complain,.

We had to park in China because supposedly the parking lot is only for certain people. Walking that far with a baby while trying to transport our belongings was the worst. The rooms were nice, but the trek was not worth it.

Room has very basic amenities, good internet, new bathroom, but old stained carpet and scratches up furniture. No complementary breakfast. Not much going on surrounding the hotel, it’s about 30 minutes away from Zion NP.

Simple but clean. Overall, I would recommend it for its value if you want a bed and shower. My son and I were pleased.
