Got a handy cap smoking room. Asked for non smoking a got blown off. And also the so called breakfast was a joke, had to pay a $100.00 deposit, that was posted at the hotel but nothing said on the website. ( it was refunded back but still an inconvenience. Our group booked rooms here while traveling for a funeral this week and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the condition of the hotel. One of the rooms in our party had heavily stained carpet and furniture that appeared to have bodily fluids or vomit stains, and it did not look like the room had been properly cleaned before check-in. Photos were taken documenting the condition. Because of the sanitation concerns, our group decided to relocate to another hotel. The location is convenient with plenty of nearby food, shopping, and restaurants, but the cleanliness and room standards need serious improvement. The front desk is also not always staffed, and guests may need to call a number for assistance when arriving. Travelers should also be aware that the hotel did not offer any refund after we raised concerns about the room conditions. If you’re looking for a place simply because it’s inexpensive, it may work for a quick stay, but travelers may want to consider spending a little more for better room conditions and service.
