The property over the surface looked clean, but while in the room, the furniture was old and the walls had stains…lamps had dust and webs. Not clean at all. Shower door was busted and the bathroom overall was dirty.
The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. It was clean and the front desk staff was kind and welcoming. My only thing was that the breakfast was not great at all and the staff there were slow to refill things. The two ladies were literally outside on a smoke break right in the middle of breakfast and the milk and coffee had run out. Thought that was rude in our opinion. My husband went outside to get them. Anyway, other than that it was a good stay.
A very nice property with big rooms, pool, hot tub, basketball, good breakfast and a very pleasant and helpful staff. Would stay again without hesitation.
Friendly staff, Great customer service, clean hotel, very Quiet and comfortable beds. delicious breakfast has great varieties. Love the Walking distance to restaurants.
The one issue I had was that the HVAC unit cycled on and off all night, making it difficult to sleep. The fan did not have an "on" setting, which would have let the white noise of the fan run all night while the heat turned on and off. This would have made it much easier to sleep.
My 2nd stay in the same Hotel. Hotel in general was EXCELLENT! Great staff and Hotel suite! Hotel WIFI has to be fixed! I was very disappointed that I was NOT able to respond to business emails the previous evening. I assumed that the internet was working not until the next morning I noticed no emails in my inbox. I then turned on mobile data and I saw emails coming through

This was my Second time staying and it has been excellent both times.
Showed up around 6:50 pm after long drive. The gentleman behind the checkin desk offered me water and a snack. He let me know that the dinner was to end in 10 minutes. After a long and tiring drive it was nice to have a friendly and helpful person to great me.
Very nice room with plenty of extras. Quiet. Very friendly staff. Delicious hot breakfast. Perfect location.
This is an awesome hotel! From check in to check out everything went smooth. The staff was very friendly, especially the front desk guys and the breakfast staff!! Would recommend this hotel to anybody!!

The suites are very nice and very well equiped with a nice size kitchen and appliances and very nice bathrooms as well. No complaints, I would stay here again.
This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are so clean and spacious. The staff was super friendly at check in and check to make sure everything was good when I got to my room. This was a quick trip, but so wish I could have spent more time just hiding out in the room.
As parents/in-laws of two Johnnies and a Bennie, we've stayed at most hotels in the St. Cloud/St. Joe's area. This was the best by far. Large, comfortable room; great service; perfect little kitchen. Great place to rest, regroup, change clothes... and we could keep wine in the fridge. The hotel is off Division (isn't everything?), but just a few minutes from St. Ben's. Also right near Target and Macy's (for everything that you need but forgot to bring). We had absolutely no complaints. The only reason for 4's and not 5's was that the rooms are not terrifically sound-proof. There was no one in the hotel that was noisy or partying when we were there (and that was graduation weekend) - but we could hear doors shut, etc. Recommended.
Front desk manager professional, sincere. Voluntarily gave us a coupon for a free appetizer at a local restaurant when directions were requested. Has an outdoor sport court, that was in use late at night at early in the morning. Perhaps some restricted hours could be considered to minimize the sound of bouncing basketballs. Breakfast was good. Room and kitchenette quite up to snuff. Stayed there before, likely will again
rooms are very clean, spacious with kitchen. appliances are in good shape. Bath room shower is good, but the design makes the water to spread out, if you are not careful. complimentary breakfast is good. supper was ok, not much for vegetarians. overall, for the price, it is a great value.

The suite we had was very clean, big, and comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast and free wifi. The kids got to swim every morning while we sat in the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
