Liked everything except the bed in the king suite. It was a sleep number type bed and even on highest firm setting the mattress was soft and DID NOT support my back. Very uncomfortable! This is the only reason I would not return. Also think $10.00 is a bit much for breakfast even if I am a silver member.
Bed linens were dirty and room was not cleaned I slept on top of the bedspread. This property was in run down condition
Hotel staff was amazing and friendly, as always. We stay once or twice a year to visit family in the area.
Nice hotel, but very thin walls. Children were in the rooms above us and could hear them jumping, pounding and bouncing balls, The drain pipe for the showers ran right down our wall and could hear people showering at 4am -- NOT GOOD!!
It was all good except my coffee maker did not work.
The staff here is wonderful. The breakfast was well worth the price! Everyone was so accommodating to our needs. We will stay again if need be.
The carpets were filthy. The elevator looked like it has never been cleaned. If I am ever back in the area I will not stay at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each one we encountered seemed genuinely happy and was glad to help. Shortly before we arrived I had spilled my son's milk in the car. Yuck! We asked a maintenance guy at the hotel for a bucket of water and a rag to try to clean it. He gladly obliged. Later, during our visit he saw us in the pool and stopped by to ask if we were able to get it cleaned and chatted with us for a bit. That was really nice. He was a great guy. Sadly, we didn't get his name. The hotel was very clean, from the lobby to our room and bathroom. I thought maybe it was a new hotel. I asked Ebony (who was very nice and a happy girl!) at the front desk if it was new and she informed me that it was actually about 7 years old but that they had recently finished some remodeling. The place looked great! The hotel is not right in the heart of Springfield (which was perfectly fine by me). The drive to the local attractions only took a matter of minutes and they were all easy to get to. The hotel is very close to Rt 55 but honestly, it was so quiet that we didn't even know there was a busy highway on the other side of the trees until we were getting ready to leave. My only complaint, if I had to have one, is that the bed was a little too hard for my personal taste. I prefer a softer bed but that's my preference. I slept fine but was slightly uncomfortable at times. We only stayed the one night but if we are back in the area, we will definitely be staying there (even with the hard bed - the great staff and cleanliness more than makes up for it) and suggesting it to others who may be traveling through there as well.
Quite, clean, perfect for the $ Although the mattress was much more comfortable in Eugene, OR, this was a nice room.
Best place 0f all the places I stayed on my 3 week trip to the west and back !!!!!!
The front desk staff were so nice, it was a pleasure talking to them. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was fairly quite all night long, only when it was early morning did I hear some noise in the halls but other than that it was very pleasant stay and I would have no problem staying there again if I ever go back to Springfield or even referring someone to that hotel.
Our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like rocks. Absolutely no noise, a huge positive for us. Most definitely will stay here again. Very pleased!
We only stayed one night but the staff was friendly. The room was clean. Being that we stayed only one night we didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities, but it was nice enough. I'd stay here again.

We are working on replacing the Garden Sleep System beds in the very near future in our King rooms with the Hilton Serta Sleepers (we have already upgraded our rooms with 2 Queens.) I apologize that the comfort was not to your liking and we hope the upgrades will rectify this for all of our guests.
