5/5 – Hidden Gem Near Springfield College! I stayed here this past weekend while visiting my son at Springfield College, and I was so pleasantly surprised! The hotel is only about 15 minutes from campus, tucked away in a quiet area but close to plenty of restaurants and shops. At $225 for the night, it was actually one of the cheapest options in the area (most others were $300+), but it far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was excellent—the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. They even greeted us with freshly baked cookies and a goodie bag that included water and chips, which was such a thoughtful touch. The lobby was stunning—modern, clean, and decorated in vibrant colors. There was complimentary coffee and water available, which added to the warm welcome. Our room was absolutely beautiful! It felt like a boutique hotel—clean, modern, and relaxing. They had his-and-hers robes with slippers, a luxurious rain shower in a sleek bathroom, and a modern sink setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable with four pillows plus two extra pillows already in the room (a big deal for a pillow lover like me!). One of the biggest surprises was the massaging chair—and wow, it was amazing! I sat in it for an hour, and my husband enjoyed it for two. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day. New hotel with unexpected amenities that make a must stay. Modern rainfall shower system and an in room massage chair which appear to be standard combined wirh comfortable bed and spacious room. Spent a lot more for a lot less than here so very impressed.
